This is very good hotel in Chennai with good staff, attending to guests swiftly. Restaurant Manager Mr. Suresh, Mr. Amit Kumar and Sous Chef Mr. Biswal are the best, well mannered, very courteous professionals who contribute considerably relentless services, kind conversations with all guests. It is hard to find such wonderful hotel staff, as I experienced in my stay. They deserve a lot of credits for their service and from hotel management for suitable rewards. They are good assets to this hotel, as anyone can witness, if you stay in this hotel.

No proper sound proofing, you can hear heavy bass music till 2AM from the club. So if you are trying to sleep try it after 2AM. Did raise a complaint to reduce the volume but no effect. Many bathroom amenities were missing and they had only kept items for single person use, even when the room was for two occupancy. Room service was poor too. The only good part is the rooms are good and clean considering the price. Free breakfast buffet was also good and had decent variety. Taste can be improved though but not complaining.

Good property, okay-ish food”
Being a 5-star hotel, one would expect better quality of food! We had ordered a basic veg sandwich and burger which took 40-45mins to prepare and even then was served COLD! the breakfast spread is huge but the taste is okay-ish. Not too great!
