Worst check in experience”
Perhaps this review is just limited to check in at hours past midnight. Arrived at the hotel, we were the only guests to check in. It took the reception 30mins to get us into our room! What’s more frustrating, especially at this late hour was I repeatedly requested a room (including via email prior but no reply) twin beds and twice I was given keys to a room with a queen bed. I just gave up after the second time, as me and my friend valued our sleep more than to try again so we had to share the same bed. Also my credit card authorisations was charged twice. No sincere apologies given for anything and the two staff I encountered during all this just didn’t seem to care or acknowledge their mistakes one bit . I’m also a platinum Radisson member, I received none of my member privileges like a welcome gift and drinking water, except the breakfast. I had very good experiences at other Radisson properties, but this was the worst and I won’t recommend what I experienced to my worst enemy.

Good hotel with impolite staff”
The hotel room and facilities are great, and the breakfast is amazing. But the staff are not friendly. The people in the breakfast area and lobby, except the ones in the reception, just ignore you and don't offer help.

The hotel looks great outside but inside the restaurant is very limited on food and it is not no good. The lobby of the hotel is not what is written 4star. The room looks old. The overall service I will grade at 2 star.

Had a good stay . 10 th floor with a good view. Every thing, from checking in, to checking out went smoothly. Tea and coffee in room. Hair dryer. And trouser press as well . I do not like coffee creamer in sachet form I prefer long life milk. And one last bad not air conditioning not cold enough. It was a very hot night so a bit uncomfortable. A bit too late at night to change rooms . So I put up with it. But all in all I would recommend radisson blu hotel. It is only just outside of centre of Frankfurt. So nice and quiet . Ps plenty of taxis available outside.

Nice modern hotel in Frankfurt”
My first time in this hotel in Frankfurt, but I will definitely return. The hotel is very modern, clean and well equipped. Food quality and breakfast is excellent. Rooms are very good, free WIFI in the entire hotel. Superb view from the wellness area on the 18th floor. The hotel is perfectly located.

Radisson SAS Hotel Frankfurt”
The hotel was fantastic to stay in. The staff were professional and courteous at all times. The room I had on the 7th floor was excellent and very clean. Lovely bathroom and magic view. The only downside was that the restaurant had closed by 11:30 when I got in from a day's work, and the bar food menu left a lot to be desired. That little irritation aside, I would happily stay there again, and recommend the hotel to anyone wanting to stay over in Frankfurt. The hotel is within reach of the city centre and cabs are on hand 24 hrs a day.

Excellent Hotel with all ammendites”
Hotel is located in a quiet locality. Tram station is nearyby which u can take to connect to the main station. The rooms are very clean and well kept. For Business travellers, free internet is a good value. Neat rooms and and friendly staff. The fitness centre is very good.

Being a Raddison hotel, we expect more. This hotel is mostly used by the airline staff. In the evening the bar is crowded by the airline staff. Otherwise the hotel is neat and clean and good value for money. The food prices are slighly on higher side, may be it is in Frankfurt.

Terrible service of Staff at front desk!!”
Overall good, except extremely unpleasent attitude of Staff at front desk. The staff named "MoniXX" even sarcastic on my request of room assignment. I don't understand How such rude staff working at 4 star Hotel like Radisson Blu frankfurt and Why the hotel management not educate the staff well. It seems the other staffs at front desk knows her such attitude for the guest already.

A very nice hotel”
we have been hosted 5 days in the hotel. we have found it a very nice hotel. room was clean and nice looking. location was just 10 minutes walking distance to messe. breakfast cost is too high so we bought every mornning tasty sandwiches and coffee from a shop 1 minute from hotel. there are some nice restaurants next to hotel. we will be glad to sleep in that hotel in our next visit.

Location wise the hotel is a bit out of the way, though the An der Dameheide tram station is just around the corner, making for easy access to the rest of the city through public transit and there is always a line of taxis at the door. The hotel itself is quite nice and the staff are quite friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable but a bit small. The hotel also features a very nice exercise and sauna area. Overall a good value.

Hotel is in a position away from the centre of city but 100m to tram for a 15 minute trip Breakfast was delicious and plentiful to suit all tastes. Staff were exceeding helpful when our refrigerator did not work they immediately changed our room, and had brochures ready to show us the best tourist sites and complimentary water

Pros: Friendly and welcoming staff with snacks and drinks available, clean rooms with free WiFi and usb charging ports, large gym and indoor pool, easy checkout, free street parking or $30 parking garage and walkable to some restaurants, banks and a supermarket. Cons: Not easily walkable to the city, but can just use the train too. Thank you!!!

Contemporary look, but disappointing staff service”
Reception staff service is various in quality, some make you welcomed, then the others can put down the phone on you in the middle of the conversation, I won’t name and shame, similarly, some don’t seem to know the system, I have been asked to authorise my credit card twice for one stay. It was a long story. Overall I am disappointed by the front desk service, but the room is comfortable, and the bathroom is clean, although I didn’t get my room serviced in one of the days, because of the miscommunications between the reception and the house-keeping. For the service being provided and the location, I would say this hotel is overly priced.
