What an amazing time we had at this hotel with fabulous views of the grounds, pool gorgeous beach and sea. We were full board where we enjoyed beautifully presented Western and Vietnamese food. Staff were polite and friendly and nothing was too much trouble especially Tam who was very helpful. The pool area is just beautiful and when stepping into the water was like stepping into a warm and soothing huge bath. The room had a queen bed which was very comfortable and the pillows were delightful. If not full board you are able to purchase food bothe Western and Vietnamese. The hotel is quite isolated however taxis are so very cheap so there would be no problem going into Phan Thiet town. All in all we had a fabulous relaxing 3 days.

A new and clean beautiful resort, spacious with well-maintained greenery, and a relatively clean private beach. The staff pick up trash by hand, and there are no vehicles for trash and sand collection, so it is not as clean as the beaches of other resorts. During check-in, there is a tea time from 3-4 PM. The tea and cakes are delicious, but every time the staff brings out the cakes, they only bring one tiny piece on a plate; if you want more after finishing, you have to ask and wait. After waiting, the staff brings out a different type of cake, also just one tiny piece - once you take a bite and finish, you have to ask again and wait… it feels very uncomfortable regarding this matter. I booked a family room with bunk beds. The beds are nice and clean, the room has two TVs with sports channels, and the picture is clear, but there is no YouTube. The Wi-Fi is strong. The heated pool is very clean. The towels are thick and soft. The shower area after the beach has very strong water pressure. Breakfast may not have many dishes, but everything is very delicious and of high quality. The layout is clean, attractive, and easy to access. The dining tables and chairs are very clean and comfortable; since our family went in the middle of the week, it was not crowded or cramped. The elevator is small - it’s quick to walk up the floors, so walking is also a good option if you want to exercise more. The family room balcony is extremely beautiful - with a cool breeze and soft cushions. Everything is very good and wonderful - only the issue with tea time is not very comfortable - so it should be improved. The hotel staff reported that due to peak summer season, they could not accommodate late check-out. They said there were no more rooms, but I actually noticed the hotel was very empty - just a few guests scattered around, and the app also showed that there were still many rooms available for my booking. Radisson operates very well - but I rate Radisson Cam Ranh higher.

Hotel is exceptional. Beautiful gardens. Our room was extremely comfortable. Staff outstanding. Management should be very proud from gardeners to restaurant staff to the beach attendants. Everyone was polite courteous and all had a smile. Food at breakfast was extensive and the meals at lunch and dinner were excellent. Few days away from hustle of sightseeing and touring. Very relaxing highly recommend.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation here. The resort is not too large, just enough to explore without getting too tired. What impressed me is that the entire resort is covered in greenery and palm trees. I stayed in a room with a garden view, and from the window, I could see the wide, cool green palm leaves. The room is nicely designed, reasonable, cozy, bright, and airy with wooden flooring. The staff is super friendly and professional. The advantage of the resort is its beachfront location, so going to the beach is close and you don't have to cross the road like in some other places. The breakfast buffet is decent, but not very diverse. Room service took a bit long when I requested extra towels and a razor. The hot water in rooms 224-225 is not stable; sometimes it's too hot, then it suddenly gets cold, making it uncomfortable for little ones to bathe. The resort just needs a little improvement to be perfect. If I have the chance, I will definitely come back here.
