Third staycation at Ramada”
Ramada is one of my favourite hotels for staycations. The rooms are clean, spacious & comfortable. The location is also quite centralised & most importantly it is one of the most value for money hotels that provides complimentary parking to in house guests. For this staycation, the check in process took too long. About 15 - 30 mins for one check in. The hotel management should look at ways to refine the check in process. However, the staff were very service oriented. Some of the staff did their best to shorten the queue by asking guests waiting in the queue what kind of help they needed & responded accordingly. I was one of those who was offered by a staff (Hui Jia) to help me check in at the back end office. Indeed the service was amazing. Thank you very much Hui Jia. The lady housekeeping staff serving 13th floor was also very good. I requested for my room to be cleaned up while I went for a quick brunch and indeed when I was back in less than an hour, my room was perfectly cleaned up. Thank you very much to the housekeeping staff. I would love to return to Ramada for future staycations if the price is still competitive.

Excellent stay”
Hotel was very good, neat and clean property. Hotel staff are very courteous. Facilities are good. Stayed with my family (2 adults and 2 kid (4 and 7)) for seven days. Stay was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and it was part of our package. There were fewer vegetarian options at breakfast but it was adequate. There is a bus stop right outside the Hotel. The hotel provides shuttle service to the nearest metro station (NOVEN MRT station). The hotel is adjacent to Zhonshong mall. It is not a very big mall but has a food courts, Super market and few other shopping stores. Right outside the hotel and mall is 7/11 convenience store. As we stayed for a week time, we explored all possible transport options i.e. Bus, Metro and Taxi. For Taxi you can use the GRAB app or check at the hotel for other taxi options. If you are more than two folks it is better to use a Taxi rather than a metro as there will not be much difference in the cost. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

A great stay overall in Singapore”
Actually all members of the staff were very cordial and understanding to our needs. We did not avail F&B services at Wyndham; so, we are not in a position to comment on the same. But, generally the room was very clean, functional and well appointed. The highlight of course was the carry around phone that helps one make their way around Singapore with ease. Great going. Will continue to stay there again. The presence of Zhongshan mall housing many eateries and a Fair Prive store that connects to the hotel is an added bonus. There is a shuttle service at short regular intervals to drop passengers off at Novena MRT and Orchard which is hardly 3 km away. Great stay! Location is great. Cleanliness ratings for the property, rooms and toilets are spotlessly clean. Beds and pillows are really comfortable and offers a great night's rest. All in all it made up for a great stay.

Excellent stay”
We stayed 2N at 16 floors (highest 17 floors). Room was clean, except some ants found in room 1683. Bed was comfortable, toilet clean and bright. Overall room condition was excellent. View was OK. Nothing to shout abt. Lotsa of eateries ard the hotel. 7-11 and NTUC supermarket just next building. Thought breakfast would be buffet style but just a set (option to choose Western or Asian). Nonetheless breakfast was filling. Used the gym and pool. Both were good. They have corner-off an area for continuous swimming. Gym was clean and well equipped. Gym and pool open from 7am to 10pm. Staff was professional and friendly. They accommodated to all my requests for high floor, connecting room and an hour of late check out. My family enjoyed the 2N stay. Highly recommended 👍

there are alot of good stuffs about this hotel that my family and I truly enjoy. It was indeed a memorable staycation. Everything was just perfect. The rooms were big and spacious. Toilets clean and equipped with the most important thing to me: bidet! A plus point there especially when we are so used to having it in our household. The staffs were knowledgeable, approachable and helpful in many ways. Kudos! To top it off, there is a nearby mall which is accessible and makes it easy for us to make a short trip to the supermarket or the fast food chains. Overall. Just amazing and yes of course will recommend it to my colleagues, friend, families and to the public too!

3D2N Staycation at Ramada Hotel”
Overall it's a good stay for us at Ramada Hotel. Value for money, especially satisfied with the spacious and comfortable room. Pros: 1. Room is spacious. Nice, cosy and quiet room to relax. 2. Complimentary parking provided. 3. Check in was rather slow (could be due to stricter regulations during pandemic) but the staff was polite & attentive to us. Staff even checked with us what is our preferred floor to stay. 4. Convenient location with lots of eateries. 5. House keeping was detailed. Replenish all the amenties for us even we have not used up the previous set. Cons: 1. The pillows can be abit too soft for some people. But good thing is there are two pillows so not too bad. 2. The temperature for the shower is quite inconsistent. Sometimes hot sometimes cold.

Great Neighbourhood Hotel”
This Hotel gives the best value for money! Location is very centralise if you wish to explore town and neighbourhood areas. The hotel provides great service and their ammenitis is just wonderful. Those have young children, there is a kids pool available. The hotel is very clean and rooms are super comfortable. Your one stop needs is just at the lobby as the hotel is connected beside a small mall which have supermarket, eateries like macdonalds and kopitiam. A great place to be for a short vacation. Recommended!

It was a very wise decision for us to choose staying at Ramada by Wyndham.. where we felt comfortable & contended each time we come back from a day’s tiring walk for sight seeing .. shopping & what have you to make your vacation a fruitful one .. I will highly recommend Ramada Hotel by Wyndham because of its warm staff hospitality , cleanliness , & very accessible to where ever you may want to go.. Highly recommended hotel ”
Had such a great time in the hotel. Very clean & cozy room, the bed is very comfortable, firm and soft, the pool is relaxing, staff are accommodating, shower and toilet are clean and complete with toiletries . The first room we were assigned to has a faulty aircon which sucks, but the hotel duty manager (Ishak or Isha) took action immediately and transferred us to another room after their quick fix didnt work out. Also given us privilege to have a late check-out. Thank you! It was overall a great experience for me, and i would recommend the hotel to friends who are staycationing during this period.

Nice Hotel with great access”
Reasonable price and kind staff made my biz trip pretty comfortable. 7 Eleven is just next to the hotel and Zhongsan Mall is located in same building. So, don't worry about something to eat. Let me just say the hotel staff. Very kind during the whole 3nights stay. Catch a taxi, Give me information about the possible hospital to get a pre departure PCR. In case of next visit in Singapore, I assure to visit Ramada Hotel again.

For the service? For visiting any places? There is no doubt that Ramada is perfect place to save your time to prepare where you stay. For my experience, I acidently left my watches which include gifts for my wife and brother. Then I just realized I lost those items when I'm already back to my country. It was already pass 4 days. However, once I asked them about my items that I left, they kindly let me know they are keeping my item safely. No one imagine how amazing and surprising! They are super kind and show me what kindness is. NOW, I don't have any doubt that I defeinitly choose RAMADA HOTEL wherever I go. Thank you.

I book a twin bed room.. upon arrival i told the staff if there is a room with a bathtub( I don’t mind paying more)..the kind male malay staff told me he will try his best but have to wait about 1 hour.. im not in rush to check in so I accepted it. When i ask about the additional fee to be paid, he told me its ok no need to topup..so eventually i check in about 4 plus, to my suprise, he upgraded me to a king bed with a bathtub..i was given a conner room and the view was supper incredible.. their service was super tiptop.. will definitely come back again..

Marvelous staycation”
Wonderful staycation here. Staff are very friendly and the place are very clean. Right beside the hotel is a mall. The only issue is the tv channel as there is no chinese movie which we could watch. Not able to connect to mobile or laptop to watch downloaded shows as well. Overall i would recommend this place and i would definitely return for my next staycation planning.

Overall stay”
Went solo for the first time and it was a great experience here. Very cosy room for a solo traveller. The bed was great and there are extra pillows as well in the cupboard facing the huge mirror. There is a bible as well in the room even though I was not sure what for but didnt really bother me at all. Was given a quiet room towards the end of the aisle, away from the lift. Venue is situated conveniently with many food choices around esp with Zhongshan Mall beside it.

My young family of 5 was very happy & comfortable during our 1 night stay. We had the pool level, (level 3) & a patio. It is our first time at this hotel but we will definitely return! Already planning to book more than 1 night the next time! Totally recommended!

Nice hotel with Good location and Mall”
It is in the central to travle to places of interest in singapore. Many nice local food to explore around this area. In the hotel there is an seafood restaurant, with a big super market next to it, starbucks and mac donalds, everything is there. There are some famous restaurants around, for chicken rice and singapore made biscuits. The room is nice and big. Staff are friendly and helpful. Worth the stay.

Budget hotel with an Upscale look! ”
Everything about Ramada is perfect...but the one that touched my heart are those lovely Spanish omelets cooked by the old lady chef and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting having them outdoors. There's so much to have for breakfast! .. the crowd came in numbers and a big hats off to the floor staff for getting a chair for everyone. Rooms are tidy! and thanks for fetching us a blue cab every time!

I had the best front office staff checking me in. Very friendly, polite and very welcoming too. I felt very positive and good upon checking in which is very important. Also, the staff manning the safe entry table was also smiling and very welcoming and really made me feel very welcome. These are extremely important aspects for guests when they first come into the hotel.

One of the best and convinient hotels in Singapore”
Check in time was fast and efficient. Staffs are very friendly especially the guy at the entrance. He helped us with our bags to the room. We dont need to worry if we need anything during the day without travelling out. Theres 7 eleven, mcdonalds, ntuc finest etc..Theres starbucks too. We really enjoyed our stay there.
