Good , clean and friendly staffs. Only food is expensive , am a 20 year customer to this hotel from Marina tower days. suggest loyal clients to be given 24 hours check in with compliment break fast.. + flexible rate. No complaints excellent place to stay.

Booked for two nights as I had booked another hotel for the other 4 nights, but decided to cancel that reservation and stay on at Ramada as i felt very comfortable and safe there. They are very professional and helpful. Clean and the food was lovely. Mainly Indian cuisine for breakfast buffet but I loved it. They went out of their way on so many occasions just to make sure I was looked after well and I could easily say that I received 5 star treatment from a 4 star rated property. About 10 mts to express avenue mall etc. It’s cheaper and easier to use Uber when you’re there. Overall my experience at the property and in Chennai was very pleasant and I would definitely recommend Ramada to any decent traveler. Also I would definitely patronize this place whenever I return to Chennai

This was my fourth stay at Ramada,Stayed for 8nights this time. very friendly staff. Alok Kumar ( Manager) was very accommodating and helpful. Rooms are Spacious nice and clean. Bathrooms need renovation and buffet menu (Breakfast,lunch and dinner)should have variety. It’s the same menu everyday. Overall it was a comfortable stay. It was reasonable price booking through Agoda. Will book again on my next trip too.

Pros: Good Price for a 3-Star property Clean rooms Fabulous Service Cons: Additional charges for every single basic provisions like using their Plates, Glasses and Ice cubes Early Check-in fee is half the price of the total room tariff No rooms to refresh for people who wish not to do an early check-in Smoking Rooms needs to be refurbished, pretty old and not maintained well unlike non smoking rooms.

+ve Location is good. Accommodating staff. -ve First floor rooms are wearing out. strange smell coming from toilet. Front staff is polite but even after with 3 reminders and 1 hour, we did not get our luggage at room. That too at night 10 PM. I had to go and fetch it for myself.

Worn out property, lazy staff. Location is good”
Pros: location, front desk is helpful. Cons: property quite old. Smelly washrooms, average breakfast. Lazy house keeping, luggage did not reach room in one hour even after reminding them several times. Finally I went down and carried it to my room.

Good location near the Chennai Egmore Station. Beds not that comfy and bathroom facilities adequate but a bit old. Need to start breakfast a bit earlier in the morning - ie before 7am .

You only get to connect two devices per room. So, if you are a business traveller with your partner, and both of you have more than two devices, you are doomed. Promises to get their IT staff to fix it did not materialize either.

Too scary for woman traveler and midnight disturbance ”
Stayed there for 2 nights. Room full of mosquitoes! Air Conditioner too noisy! Received unknown calls on room phone after 1.30 am! When I complained to front desk! They said they will check but later informed that they can’t trace those unknown calls! Though those calls were made from another room! Someone ring the doorbell at 2.00 am in the morning! I saw from hole that someone standing in front of my door! When I asked who it is, the person said he is there to check if any room cleaning service required! I screamed at him and he just left!! There was camera in front of my room but there were no lights in corridor! I complained to duty manager again! But he said that someone from other room might be playing prank with me! And they don’t know who it is!! Very scary and not advised for any solo traveler or woman traveler

The staffs were very rude and very unprofessional. I have never seen a hotel charging 50 rupees just for a plate and spoon . I have stayed in Ramada banglore and Ramada Mumbai but Ramada Chennai was the worst .

Been traveling to chennai for a long time and this trip was my best ever trip and it was mainly me choosing to stay at the Ramada. Excellent breakfast. Clean rooms. One feet thick mattress. Love coming back to Marina Towers, it is a haven in Chennai, close to shopping areas and other good hotels. It always gives a feeling of coming home, as the reception is always so nice :-) Food in the restaurant is good! The only thing I miss is the 24 hour checkin/checkout, but they are always very friendly and helpful if you need to leave your luggage during the day. Very good value for the money you spend for a room

I have stayed in other similarily priced hotels in Chennai and this one is the best by a long way. My room was large and everything worked including the hot water(not so in other Chennai hotels) and wifi. Pluses included availablity of restuarant (rooftop) as well as good breakfast. Staff contact was friendly and helpful.
