I booked this hotel for a day stop over before my flight as I have kid and baby . When I came my kid picked local virus and fell sick. We cancelled our trip until he felt better. Every single person in the hotel was so caring and amazing hospitality Chef cooked baby and pepper jeer rasam rice how it has to be served for sick person Following person performed amazing above and beyond service Mukesh from f&b dept in room dining service Food department: Dilli babu from south indian dept & Sasi from south indian dept House keeping: amazing . They wait until my kids wake up and when they play they clean by then Bikaram from restaurant service And more people No worries of hotel as they take care more than a house in terms of need. Overall they are very friendly and so caring in a needy situation. We felt like home, so fortunate to have this hotel booked during a crisis situation.i would highly recommend this hotel anytime.

Wow!! Luxurious with the best infinity pool and rooftop ever!”
We were completely blown away by this place. The room was absolutely amazing with a huge window offering great views, a super comfortable bed, huge bathroom, lights and everything automated. As if that wasn’t enough, we then went up to the rooftop which had the most incredible infinity pool we have ever seen! All the staff were wonderful, incredible breakfast as well. When we had an early flight on our last morning, they even packed us a takeaway breakfast to go. We can not fault this place and would not stay anywhere else in Chennai.

Ramada Plaza Chennai is Excellent Hotel”
This relatively new hotel is excellent value for money. My room was actually a suite. The staff are fantastic. The buffet breakfast and lunch were great. A general tip: For tourists, it is better to stay at one of the newer five star hotels which is near the airport (such as the Ramada Plaza) and also near to one of the stations on the new and clean Metro rather than stay in the older part of Chennai.

We booked the property for a one night stopver before heading back to our home. This property is stunningly good, clean and without extra frills. Shilpa checked us in efficiently on the day of arrival. Belldesk help was quick. However we felt the lack of welcome drink not being served for such a grand property. Being a hotellier it was easy to find out that the did not have any guest relations or lobby ambassadors. Our rooms were well located on the 5th floor, quiet and nice. One of our room had a bath tub and extra Sofa while the other one did not, so it was surprising and upsetting at the same time. We had dinner at the 24 hrs restaurant. after that. Food was amazing but overpriced. Ambiance and service was impeccable. Shoma and Bapan did an excellent job serving us. Next day morning we had complimentary breakfast. Spread was nice. They had 3 live counters for various items. I was surprised to see Bapan serving us again. Poor guy had to do back to back shifts. As a fellow hotellier I

I was there for business and everything was clean and comfortable. The front looked busy and there was some waiting time, but I guess it suggests that the hotel is very busy and fully booked. Rather being a new hotel, the rooms were comfortable and I will definitely stay there next time as well.

The rooms are of average size but the rooms come with massive awesome bay window which overlook the city. The view is spectacular, one of the best in Chennai. The rooms are very modern and has everything which is required. The room service is great but little slow. The front desk is always helpful. Few cracks and molds can be observed in the bathroom but it is very negligible. The breakfast is extremely good with a touch of local cuisine as well. Overall great hotel located in the heart of the city. The hotel driveway is little high raised so avoid bringing your low raised cars.
