so i payed a visit to ramada yichang hotel. the hotel resides in a very convinient location, surronded by various shops and resturants. i quite enjoy their service. not only was i greeted with fine manners, they even offer me a small cake for my departure, which i thought was very kind of them. my overall experience with ramada yichang hotel was great. would definitely pay them a visit again.

Comfortable stay”
Our room came with a king size bed, study table and a small sofa. The room was quite spacious and toilet was modern n clean. There are many eateries around the hotel and is within walking distance to a big shopping centre, Guomau Centre, and the local popular Xiling Guanzhang. Taxi can be hailed easily by the roadside. The inhouse travel agent, Ms Ling Ling is a wonderful lady. She arranged for our day tour, Three gorges n Yangtze River cruise. Pls note the the price quoted is uniform in Yichang. But she provided excellent services and ensure we he an enjoyable time. We even let her arranged for our day tour of Enshi Grand Canyon.

Great choice before boarding Yangste cruise”
I thoroughly enjoyed the Ramada Yichang. Lovely staff and overall a wonderful centrally located hotel. For the foreign traveller locale restaurants can be difficult, but the hotel was a welcome relief for the weary traveller. A great choice if you are needing to stay in Yichang before boarding a Yangste River cruise.

very pleasant stay at ramada in yichang. the hotel is centrally positioned (10 min walk to yiling square where you can find nearly anything you need), my room was clean (even if small, for lonely traveller is fine as weel,)air conditioned equipped, and maybe one of the most important matter, mattres wasn't hard as usual in china but soft and comfortable. my first choice if i would stay there again

Good stop-over”
We spent one night at the hotel after completing a river cruise from Chongqing. The room was ready on our early arrival (with a free upgrade) and the staff were welcoming, with adequate English at the front desk. The room was clean, spacious and well-equipped. We enjoyed an excellent dinner buffet at a moderate price. The breakfast buffet was large and varied, with both western and Chinese dishes, though the standard was only about average from our point of view. We would definitely use this hotel again, and it would be appropriate for a longer stay too. By international standards it's not 5-star, though the price was not 5-star either.

Wonderful Hotel!”
Had a great time at this hotel. The wireless internet was a bit spotty at first, but after we mentioned this is passing to our waiter the next day (while eating our included breakfast) he sent someone up to our room who set us up with our own wireless router and our own network! Best connection we've had in China! The room was lovely, big, well decorated and very comfortable. The food was great, both the breakfast buffet and the a la carte dinner. The fitness center was awesome as well, lots of equipment. One of the best hotels I've stayed in anywhere, at one of the best prices.

Best place for price”
We were just staying the one night in transit, and like most Ramada hotels its great value for money from Agoda. While not a lot of cold beer, staff were very helpful with ICE and the beds were beautifully soft.

Good location, nicely decorated and good staff”
We stayed one night there after doing a cruise on the Yangtze. We were nicely surprised by the hotel. Location is good in the city center. Hotel seems very new, and attention has been put to the decoration. It gives a nice European atmosphere. Staff is very friendly and quite proficient in English. Breakfast is very good and choice very extensive. Great place given the price !

Inredible service by all world standards...”
Been to at least a dozen countries and traveled extensively, and seldom have I ever met a staff that is more willing to do the very best they can 110% of the time...But there are a couple of things that from a Westerners perspective, could easily be improved that would bring a couple of more 5 star ratings to the table. And they do not take much effort or any major management changes. These would include, maybe a floor or a few rooms with hot water for those who are accustomed to having it...again maybe mostly for westerners. This and having a couple of popular other-country- beers, like Budweiser and Heineken, that are on the menu, but not available. I can promise you that these simple changes or improvements can bring great joy and rest to a weary traveler from outside of China who finds himself in what otherwise already is a very challenging environment...But again, I take my hat off to the staff. The water temperature was raised on my floor, and someone went outside to get beer :)

Staff were extremely helpful. We were only staying 1night but they went out of their way to assist us even taking us down the road to a chemist. The business centre is well set out and the hotel is in a convenient location to shops an restaurants.

Breakfast and the Park”
The breakfast matches any other Western or Asian hotel for quality and variety. Staff were very helpful in arranging ongoing travel. The park across the street was an unanticipated gem. Spend some time there if you can and try the Ferris Wheel.
