Red Orchid was excellent service, from reception to room service. And rooms are neat and clean. Breakfast and Dinner was 😋. Hotel staff and management was very mannered and understanding. The whole experience and i definitely recommend this place.

Room is clean, modern and cozy. Comfy bed. Great bathroom. The staff is always nice from the desk staff to the maids. Definitely recommend staying here for anyone wanting to stay in Kanpur.

My experience ”

It was really a funtastic stay at red orchid for 3 days when I visited kanpur last.The hotel staff is pretty courteous and ready to take up any of our demands without hesitation.The help desk is always ready to clarify any of our queries and very much accomodative.I will definitely recommend my near and dears to stay in this hotel when they visit kanpur.Only thing which I think needs improvement is personal car parking facility.
