We loved the hotel! Location was perfect!! Restaurants and shops around, Brandenburg gate, museum island, all walking distance. Clearly in the middle of the “nicer” part of Berlin. Room was spacious, big bathrooms and very comfortable. Photos don’t do justice; looks much better than any of the photos!!

We only stayed here for a night as Berlin was a stopover on the way home. What a beautiful Hotel! Everything was amazing, including the price. this was by far the best value Hotel we stayed at during our trip. We didn't bother with breakfast, better hotels like this tend to overcharge for these services. We opted for a short walk and a visit to a nearby cafe. A nice way to start the day. Would definitely stay here again. Great central location.

Good food. A little expensive. The workers are pasient and will Solve all your questions. You get smiles every morning. The hotell is in centrum if Berlin, just near the biggest Christmas market. To Tegel airport, only 25 min by taxi.

We stayed in one of the large upper rooms with a luxurious bathroom and a very comfy bed. The Nespresso machine was very good with a variety of pods and other free items. It's very close to the Christmas market and Galeries Lafayette and the underground. Breakfast is very pricey and it didn't cater for snacks. It's in a great location for a holiday in Berlin

Is was a while ago that i had such an fatastic hotel. The ambiance was very nice, hotelroom absolutely stunning, bed very comfy, staff friendly. Location was also perfect. Want to go back around christmas, seems there are a lot of christmasmarkets in this area than :)

Everything about this hotel was excellent except the breakfast buffet is too expensive (e.g., 45 euros). I don't eat that much breakfast. Actors John Cusack and Ben Kingsley were staying there, so if it's nice enough for me, I guess it's nice enough for them.

i was fortunate to be upgraded to a suite which was exceptionally spacious and luxurious. everything was of the highest quality and the staff were attentive and helpful. the location is very convenient for sightseeing and the gendarmenmarkt has a number of great cafes and restaurants. i cannot fault any aspect of my stay.
