We enjoyed our stay, rooms were big and clean and the pool and lobby area was nice. Generally seemed to be a lack of staff around though and no pool service which you would expect to be available at a hotel on an island where you predominantly stay by the pool. We were supposed to stay here but they had a water problem in a number of rooms so we were moved to another hotel. The receptionist was very apologetic and helpful and arranged a taxi for us. They gave us a free dinner voucher for the inconvenience. Hotel is up a side street from the promenade. Seems to be the further down the promenade you go the tackier it gets!

The Hostal Juanita is what it is supposed to be and although more than you expect. Nicely decorated, a homey feeling when you enter the first floor where you're welcomed by very friendly staff. The double room offers soft towels and extra blankets. We had a very comfortable stay. Thanks to the people running this place.

I stayed here for a few nights and it was perfect for a bed. I had a single room with en suite which was clean, in a good state of repair and excellent value for money. I would highly recommend this hostel.

Staff were amazing, very helpful. The place was located right in the centre, close to restaurants and pubs. Very clean hotel. The only thing missing was a fridge in the room for drinks. But staff were helpful and agreed to keep some juice for us in their fridge :) Highly recommend the place and if I'm ever again in Mallorca I will definitely stay there again.

Cheap hotel, is what it is. Its ideal if you need to be near the airport. We stayed here a couple of nights before geadi g back to UK. Nothing to do around area though. Just perfect to get some rest before heading home.
Me and my friend stayed there in summer. Hotel is very close to Ibiza town and the beach but far enough from all the ‘lads on tour’ and ‘hen do babes’. This was a very cool hotel. The interior design was one of the best I've seen and gave a lot of inspiration for my wife. They had neat touches to the room that is hard to find anywhere else at the price. Wish we could have stayed longer. Helpful staff, great breakfast.

Moody staff, dog poo outside our back door for 2 days and a 12 euro daily aircon charge are just a few of the reasons I wouldn't stay here again. I am by no means budget but I just find it exhausting that people try to scrape every single penny they can from you.
