Facilities are nice and the service is quick impressive. Breakfast is not good enough. A little too expensive for a hotel room in such undeveloped city like Yinchuan.

Very comfy beds in clean spacious rooms. No spoken English but they try to help non the less. One girl even offered the use of her own phone to help me. Wifi is only in the lobby and you will need to be clear what your asking as they may say no wifi referring to your room didn't try the good but there are plenty of cheap good restaurants near by. We arrived shortly before midnight at the hotel. When we presented the voucher the receptionist told us that they cancelled our reservation as we didn't show up before 6pm. A pleasant stay in a spacious, comfortable room. The central location was marred by music from the street but this finished quite early so not too much of a problem. We have not get the deposit back from the hotel. We placed our deposit by using Mastercard. When we checked out, the front desk personnel do not know how to cancel the deposit. We have yet to hear from them.
