I Enjoy Being a Renaissance Man!!”
Great hotel with wonderful dinner buffets and excellent breakfasts. The staff are more than capable in both English and Mandarin. They were polite and fun-loving. The pool and weight room were both gorgeous and the room was fresh and clean. We couldn't ask for more, but more we got because we were 2 blocks away from the big Mall which was one of the best malls in Wuhan. We were also right beside the big Western Warehouse grocery store - METRO. All in all - a pretty good find this hotel!!

Location to explore Wuchang”
This property is located on the South side of the Yangtse River in Wuchang away from the main tourists area. However, this is compensated by the proximity of the East Lake Scenic area which host the Cherry Blossom Garden and plum garden. There is a Wanda Mall nearby which had been constructed to give you a feeling that you are in some English town's High Street. You can also find Madame Tussauds with a host of Chinese celebrities. The bedroom and toilets are clean. On a whole, the service and comforts are acceptable, catering to the local tourist crowd. The restaurant lunch banquet was mediocre. There are many meal options outside the hotel.

very nice but too small whinges”
Very nice, spacious room and luxurious bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Some nice touches like a free drink at the bar on arrival. Two minor complaints are: The coffee at breakfast was instant I'm guessing. I know coffee is not China's forte, but how about buying some imported fresh stuff? Secondly, the Wifi was on and off in the breakfast buffet area(I didn't use it in the room, so not sure about there). Overall though, a very nice hotel.

I stayed one night only, but all hotel staff are helpful and customer oriented. Room is nice and with a large office desk. It is located near to WuHan high speed railway station but not easy to get a taxi.

Spent a comfortable night here. The location is somewhat odd--just off the street with no significant shopping or business districts beside it, but it's a short cab ride to anywhere you care to go. The room prices are excellent for the quality on offer, although I was put in a smoking room without having been asked for my preference beforehand. It wasn't a big issue as the room was clean, but I would have liked to have been asked. The service was excellent, and fuss-free, but on the day of checkout, the staff did not know how to handle the Agoda hotel voucher (Agoda pays the hotel); they wanted to charge me in full for the room, and it took quite some back-and-forth running on their part and a check with the Manager before I could leave. For a hotel like this, it shouldn't have been an issue.
