Pros - perfect location , room are spacious, clean , have balcony with good garden n pool view, gentle staff. Cons- In hotel restaurant , for breakfast they are providing only buffet breakfast which is costly and having very less options .

The hotel is at a good location if you are looking for spacious region unlike crooked and wonderful streets of Vrindavan. Has spacious rooms and resort like feel. The staff are great but a little slow. It has to seriously work on its wifi signal strength.

Me and my family had a good time at this place. We liked the food,facilities & the staff. We enjoyed too much in swimming pool. We also visited the game room but no staff was there to attend and game room is so suffocated.

The hotel was not really within walking distance of the town so we had to take a taxi or similar especially as the road was unpaved and very dusty. The was no proper choice for a western breakfast, just toast and 'flakes'. No kettle in room. There was quite a lot of noise from people walking or moving suitcases up and down the corridor as there were no carpets to lessen the sound. Very large room with sofa, table and chairs. It could have converted into self-catering. Plenty of hot water for the shower but the bathroom was a bit dated. I would stay another day or two here but would more likely go into the town to save the 'commute'.

Good Looks with No Service”
Nice rooms, goid swimming pool and lawns. Room service is bad, no morning tea before 7am. They dont clean the room by default and dono replace used gladses with fresh ones without being asked. Comfortable rooms with good power backup though.Food is of decent quality and of nominal price. Try it out but customrr service/room service is the only drawback. They advertise mini bar but its actually an empty small fridge.

Paid for 3 days and took loss & moved out after 1 ”
Customer Support is useless. I booked and paid for 3 days and took a loss and moved out after 1 day. My best decision. The loss of two days price that I paid was well worth it. Hotel is away from everything. No transportation available. And the approach road for about 1 KM is dirt with large number of pointed stones. Travel at your own peril. Better still avoid it.

Good hotel in Mathura but...”
All was good, except Wi-Fi and spa facilities. WIFI was available only in reception area. Spa and swimming facilities were disappointing - e.g., no massage facility for ladies, even for men it was very limited; sauna was out of order; and swimming pool opening time was inconvenient (opens only from 0830-1830 hrs).

Rooms were spacious but were dirty. Washrooms were also not as well. Breakfast was supposed to be served at 8:00 but this was delayed till 8:20. Service staff were not accommodating. Overall, an okay stay.
