Good hotels and full facilities including shopping mall”
We checked in during HHN9 period. The room is very clean and the bed is comfortable. Easy to walk to the attractions in Sentosa island, especially far from Universal Studio around 200 m. If anyone plan to travel in US until midnight. This hotel is quite a good choice with reasonable price and satisfied benefits.

This is my family first time staying at Festival Hotel at Sentosa. They have a nice swimming pool and the staffs are friendly. The breakfast is wonderful. The hotel room is clean and spacious. Bed is comfortable. We have a wonderful time.

Perfect stay”
Hotel right on sunny Sentosa, Pool area actually felt like you could properly relax large enough for plenty of people, Hotel lobby had plenty of shops, and easy access to Sentosa restaurants, bakeries, universal. Plenty to do with kids. Loved the water facilities on each level, and vending machines by pool entrance was perfect for cheap snacks and drinks. Would stay again.

Wednesday to Saturday Family Vacation”
It was a bit expensive but the location was great for our planned itinerary for the kids. Lots of activities and places to go within the immediate area. The concierge was friendly and helpful. The rooms and hotel areas were kept clean in spite the huge gambling crowds that gather in the lobby. Our Room was spacious even with an extra bead. Sleeping was very comfortable. The only noticeable lack of was merchandise in the Rolex store and some boarded up areas. Nevertheless, This is a hotel to be considered for the next family vacation.

An excellent hotel that needrenovations”
The position of the hotel was very good but the room was a bit old. The service of front desk was quite efficient. They used the drop box system for check out. You only needed to put your room keys to the drop box and the process of checkout was done without delay. The policy of going green was a very good model to other hotels. They provided water machine for the tenant to refill the filtered water. This remarkably decreased the demand of bottle water. Well done. However, the design of high bunk bed was ridiculous in the family room because no parents would allow the child to sleep alone in this high bunk bed. It was a bit dangerous. I suggested that they should replace it with a double bed. In summary, it was an excellent hotel with the need of renovations.

Early check in, Great location in the heart of sentosa”
Pros: 1. Just a few mins walk to Universal Studios and SEA aquarium and other surrounding area 2. A few halal outlets can be found in the area 3. Able to accommodate early check in when we arrived around 12pm 4. Service was very fast 5. Qiblat direction is provided in the room for muslim Cons: 1. Room and carpet abit dated for a 5-star hotel 2. No ironing facilities were provided in the room so had to call the guest service to provide one

Convenient hotel for staycation ”
Festive Hotel is great for staycation with restaurants and shops just at the doorsteps. This includes Universal Studios and the Aquarium. Breakfast at Hard Rock cafe hotel is good with spread of food and staff are very efficient in getting us a table despite the crowd. Room is clean and big,but the carpet is a bit old by now...overall a pleasant stay.
