Great location, Hotel with Character”
So happy to find a hotel on a lake and park in Berlin, but still with an easy walk through quiet neighbourhoods to U-bahn station. The breakfast service & the beautiful dining room with outdoor lakeside patio were a special treat. And what a relief to find a grande dame that hasn't ripped out all its lovely wood furnishings to remodel with particle board & plastic. Thank you Seehof. A memorable experience.

This hotel is massively over priced for what it offers! I travel to Berlin quite often to visit my aging parents and have stayed in a variety of places, so I am judging by comparison to other experiences. The staff were pleasant enough, but the room (twin) was so small that I had to move furniture around to open the window. For a hotel in this price range, there was no tea making facilities in the room, and for me, the final insult, after paying all that money, was to have to pay an extra 5e in order to use the sauna which I assumed was included in the price and was one of the reasons I booked. Far better value to be found in this lovely area of Charlottenburg in Berlin.

Good Facilities poor Room”
I stayed with five other girls for a long weekend. The location was very easy to get to from Tegal airport and location in Berlin was great near a beautiful lake and train station so good access to city. There were no I really enjoyed the use of pool and sauna which helped us to relax. The rooms were dated and were moderate size. On arrival to room we were booked into a smoking room as we did not request non smoking this led to inconvenience for one night which was fixed. The twin beds were not at all comfortable extremely narrow. The curtains didn't fully draw so was awakened by sunlight despite eye mask. Cleanliness could have been improved as found 2 strands of hair in bathroom on arrival. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful however breakfast at 14 euros was too expensive. The hotel was ver affordable so this has to be taken into account

Really great hotel. Just a little far out from the centre.”
Room was clean and really comfortable. Staff were lovely. Faint smell of smoke everywhere however, but shouldn't spoil anything. Just a little too far away from the centre for us to book again next time. It's an hour from the airport and could be on average 30 mins daily there and back to get to certain areas. But the lake is beautiful and ideal if you don't mind the location. Plus the transport nearby is excellent.

Beautiful, peaceful location in a big city. I liked it very much. The heat/Ac was not working (they had a paper on it showing it as needing repair) and I never mentioned anything as we were quite comfortable. Our room had a view of the lake (which I recommend) and we could open the window without any noise issues.

Great stay. The staff was friendly and the room clean. You can park free on the street so no need to pay 14 euro each night for parking. We were a little disappointed about the view it looks nothing like the pictures.

Les plus : Un hôtel dans un cadre sympathique avec un personnel de qualité, à proximité des transports et des commodités (supermarché, boulangerie, restaurants, pharmacie). Les moins : La piscine fermée pour des cours privés externes durant les heures les plus attractives, le sauna payant, et le bruit des VMC / climatiseurs la nuit. Le petit-déjeuner cher, malgré un vaste choix.

Wunderschöner Blick auf den See, die Stadt und den Funkturm. Zimmer sind romantisch, leicht kitschig eingerichtet, etwas klein (ca. 20m²), für ein Stadthotel aber ausreichend. S-Bahnhof in unmittelbarer nähe. Ruhig gelegen. Stadtgeräusche hört man nur bei geöffnetem Fenster. Balkon ist bei den meisten Zimmern nur ein französischer Austritt.
