The dark theme is very relaxing. We enjoyed long spa opening hours (6.30-24h). Spa is medium sized, gym is tiny. Just about everything is at least ok. Room service works brilliantly, even a free ironing service included. But that's it concerning things included. In relation to the price the hotel seems not quite to match up the category it aims for. Particularly cheap appear the ads and pricing information for almost anything you could possibly put a tag on in the room. Not classy. Don't make my mistake: listen to the reviews that say the hotel is good but the restaurant is to be avoided. The menu is what you expect in a fusion restaurant that looks like roomers but the mere quality of the products is mediocre. Also the cooking is not carried out nearly at a level that one might expect. Considering the vast amount of far superior alternatives in Frankfurt--roomers restaurant will be far down or rather off my list.

swanky cool design, great staff”
the hotel is located very close to the train station, which is quite central, but is also far enough away to avoid being situated in some of the bad areas that immediately surround the station. the hotel itself is great, with very friendly staff and a cool overall vibe. the restaurant is excellent and the bar is a very trendy place to hang out at night. the exercise equipment is a little sparse, but the spa/sauna area is very nice. the price for this hotel fluctuates a lot, but if it's at a good rate, it's a great place to stay.

Fully satisfied with my stay as the room is spacious, clean and has everything you need. Staff is very friendly and has an eye for details. Great restaurant with a very good breakfast. Can fully recommend to stay at Roomers.

Great sultry hotel, but get rid of the smoking”
Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It's very seductive in feel, and it's quite deliberate with everything tailored to make you feel that little bit risqué. Loved the décor, the great room, and the spa. Gym was a bit small for a clientele that probably wants to work out, so maybe invest and expand into one of the meeting room areas. HUGE negative was the fact that smoking is allowed in the hotel, mainly in the main bar which is smoking friendly. We loved the cosy nature of the bar and the cool cocktails and the great vibe -- but we couldn't stay longer than 30 minutes because of the disgusting smoke smell. Coming from the UK with smoking bans in all public places, this was quite a shock and cast us back to the early 2000s.

Great hotel with nice decor”
Overall I was extremely happy with this hotel. The staff was very courteous, professional and friendly. I liked the little touches such ass the welcome drink and free gummi bears at the front desk. The room was nice and the decor of the hotel had a classy feel to it. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with a great variety of food to choose from. The only thing I did not like was was the parking charge of 25 Euros for one evening, simply because I was not made aware of the charge when I opted to park my car there.

Great spa. Washroom not so good”
We stayed in March when an exhibition was in full swing in Frankfurt. Our room rate was soooo high. But Roomers did offer friendly service. We love the champagne offered during check-in. Make sure you try the medijet massage bed in the spa. Very relaxing. The bed of glass beads is an experience too. I agree with a previous comment... The washroom and the beds are not particularly comfortable and what I would expect from a hotel of this quality. The pillows were awful. Large and square and even when folded over were flat and sank down to nothing. When I called housekeeping and asked for firmer pillows, they gave me 2 more of these flat thingys. When stacked up, the pillows still sank down to nothing. I think Roomers try very hard to be original and different. Which I applaud. Love their dark look. But their "different" washroom is quite impractical. There is no washroom wall. Gets very cold when one steps out of the shower. And the toilet is inside an almost transparent cubicle. Between the closest couple, something is better left unseen!

Room for improvement”
We stayed at the Roomers for one night as a romantic get away for my husband's birthday. We were really looking forward to the praised spa area which turned out to be really small. The design was stunning, but the sauna for example was not bigger than the ones people have at home. Maybe the pictures on the website were misleading. We booked the deluxe room to have a private bathtub on the room which was really great. We received a phone call from the reception desk whether our tub is overflowing and we confirmed that it is not. The bathtub was long empty before the call. We didn't mind the check up and thought the issue is solved now. But minutes later we had a staff member enter the room needing to confirm again whether our tub overflows, again stating that the tub is empty. For a romantic evening, you want as little disturbance as possible. Furthermore, there was cleaning personnel all over the place. Having stayed at hotels of this price category, we're used to the cleaning staff being invisible, which underlines the great philosophy of a hotel of this class. At night, although stating that the rooms are sound proof, we woke up because a girl was crying in the hallway and two staff members were out there with her. The design of the hotel is nice and the location is great, but the reception staff seemed a little unprofessional, as if they didn't go through hospitality training and more like college students making money on the side.

Luxury Business hotel with poor internet”
Globally good stay. just this internet poor quality (very slow and not very stable) which makes it very annoying for a business hotel. If you want a better you then have to pay and then it becomes much more expensive

Great rooms, terrible service”
I felt as if the staff were more interested in the guests coming to the night club than those actually staying in the hotel. The service level seemed to match that of a night club bouncer at times as well. Although this was my 3rd time at this hotel I would probably not stay here again.

great design. clean rooms Nd awesome toiletries. my complaint is that the temperature of the room was not great. aircon was hot!!!! quilt too warm. didn't get a good night sleep during our stay. breakfast however was delicious! service good!

Bouncers and Bordello”
Had a really short stay. The Parking valets at the door looked like bouncers - no smiles here. Nice cars on the lot though. Room dark and velvety (small) - sort of a parody of a parody of a bordello - kind of old fashioned with modern bells and whistles - light switches impossible to operate - some weird design things: no place for soap in the sink in the WC, no plug ins on the desk Room would be satisfactory to rent for an hour. However when I told people where I was staying they said it was cool (or Kool, maybe).
