Best Hotel Ever ”
The best hotel and most probably going to be my next . Hotel staff , receptionist all are very professional , friendly. Checking in was fast . can’t argue with the price because the experience, the facilities , room , cleanliness is well done . Don’t mind paying if the experience is like this . The breakfast buffet at Carousel was amazing , the food is a must to have , the staff was very attentive and also very helpful , very well dress , cleanliness is tip-top. Nothing to not like about everything. Location is the best . Thank you for making my stay a pleasant experience and most memorable one and thank you to all the working staff . good job and please stay safe 👍🏼

Enjoyed every minute at the Royal Plaza on scotts. So modern, clean, spacious and inviting. The rooms were very well equipped, with coffee machine, iron/ironing board, free water & soft drinks. All the staff were first class. Polite, helpful, efficient and friendly & couldn’t do enough for you. Ideal location, just off Orchard road with great shopping malls, bars & Restaurants all close by. The MRT is 3 minutes away and a constant supply of taxies and busses right outside, so perfect for travelling anywhere around the city area. Buffet breakfast is something else. So much to choose from and something for every taste. You can eat every day something different so you never get bored. I would highly recommend to anyone and will certainly be visiting again.

Amazing Service ”
Really impressed with the wonderful staff at Royal Plaza hotel. My dad collapsed in the lift area in the morning of his check-out, and we received so much kindness and help throughout the day. From the cleaners who came to cushion his fall and catch his head, to the security who brought food up for my mom and porridge for my dad, to the receptionist who proactively extended his check-out time to 6pm without us even asking for it. Fara at the Concierge Services was particularly helpful, calling a Doctor to the room and helping us organise a taxi, luggage service, validate keys etc. Just wanted to say to the staff thank you so much for taking care of my parents and for going the extra mile.

I always keep coming back”
I've stayed in a few different hotels during my visits to Singapore. But I keep coming back to Royal Plaza on Scotts. I just love this place. It's very central and so very near to the MRT and there's a bus stop just outside the hotel. It's walking distance to Orchard and ION mall which has a great food court and plenty of restaurants. But most of all, I love the people working in this hotel. I normally stay in the Club room either on level 14 or 15. The people that run the floors from the check in staff to the housekeeping are just super friendly and helpful. I love the club lounge which I spend a lot of time in. Really good, friendly service. The club rooms are superb. Beds are comfy and I can't get enough of the rain shower! I've never had so many baths in a day before!!! The food is also great. I had the daily breakfast and also a buffet dinner. Big selection of seafood, western and local goodies. The hot chocolate, was to die for! I'll keep coming back here for sure.

Location: Excellent. Walking distance to all wonder malls on the orchard road. Facilities: - Free parking, no need ticket or autopass, just tell the parking management via intercom that u r staying at the hotel, and they will let u in and out with no hassle. However, parking is detached from the hotel so drop your luggage at the main entrance before you park your car. - Breakfast is excellent. lots of options and taste great! Room: - I get the one facing another building. No issue coz we only return to room to sleep. - Bed & pillows are extremely comfy. - Toilet amenities are basic for travellers, but no cotton buds and sewing kit, which i usually find in other hotels. but still, no issue. - consume anything from the bar for FREE! Excellent ! - Water pressure (hot/cold) are so strong. - In-room Wifi speed & connection is super excellent. Service: Every single staff I came across is super excellent. super efficient. super nice. super professional. Overall: Extremely satisfied!

Great Experience Overall”
Our overall experience at Royal Plaza was great! It's a nice hotel with good service. Receptionists are helpful and nice. I especially appreciate Mohan's help at the front desk during check-in; she was very friendly and helped us select a room that best fit us. The room was clean and spacious, and housekeeping came by every other day, which was plenty for us. The location is good, with plenty of shops nearby and easy access to Orchard MRT station. I would definitely recommend Royal Plaza to others.

Excellent Choice On Orchard Road”
Wonderful service from all the staff. From the moment I arrived at the drop off point to checking out everything was smooth and pleasant. Free flow for mini bar which is the first I've ever come across for hotels in Orchard area. The buffet at their restaurant Carousel is great as well. Room was very spacious & clean. Shower set up very well thought out. I'd recommend everyone to try at least once in their life staying at this hotel.

Nice Hotel”
The location is nice, can walk to orchard shopping and main attractions within 5 minutes. Easy to get taxi or Grab. I am wondering why there were so many complaints about no room cleaning for short stay, as this is norm during the Covid pandemic, it is safer not to let cleaner going into the room. The room is clean, breakfast and the facilities are good, will stay here again in the next visit. I do enjoy my stay here. it is truly 5 stars hotel and services. thank you.

Great Service, Location and Foods”
I will never get tired of this hotel. The foods at the Carousel are totally awesome even if you have to eat it every morning.. From the first step out of your grab or taxi, you are greeted by smile up to the receptionists and when your luggage are being sent to the room. The services are top notch. I just cant get enough of this place, the location is just perfect to go anywhere.. Grab are easy to get.. The room are spacious, I've tried the corner room as well and its just perfect for families.. Will be staying here again soon.. Great value, great location, acceptable gym and pool”
The Royal Plaza on Scotts is a very clean hotel. It is also very well located. The one thing I would not really recommend is their restaurant. Frankly, it is not the highlight of this place. The gym is OK, just OK. For the value you are getting out of a stay at the RP, it is acceptable, but frankly, I have seen much better in cheaper places. I guess that the average guest is not choosing the RP for sports.

Understanding staff,clean and value for money”
I booked a deluxe room and opted for a king bed for my family of 4 (9,4) because I know it could fit us all but didn’t realised that room occupancy is for max 3. As no amendments could be made on Agoda’s side,a kind staff by the name of Dragon heard my predicament and he personally helped me to do an upgrade to the deluxe plus. It had 2 double bed,room was spacious and breakfast was delish. Value for money and definitely coming back next time,hopefully the pool renovation will be completed.

Great amenities, friendly staffs & clean hotel”
The hotel was clean, the staffs were friendly. Only minus the pool which was under maintenance. Lucky took a room with bathtub. Great place, great location to walk ard & find food too. The breakfast buffet spread was not that sumptuous thou. The staff at the restaurant (from the nasi lemak side) was kinda cold , maybe overwhelming of visitors. The staff at this Hotel excellent in particular Marilyn who greeted us at the door. Although a tough job taking temperatures due to Coronavirus. She was smiling & laughing every time we arrived or left the Hotel. She is an absolute asset to this Hotel as l have never met anyone who was so happy in my 15 years in hospitality or travelling around various Hotels as l do. After searching and searching the internet for days trying to sort out the better hotels we opted for the Royal Plaza and we are now so glad we did --it was quiet rooms spacious and spotlessly clean it is in a perfect location just short stroll to MRT and plenty of dining around the area and best of all -- the Staff--from the guys that greet you and take your bags-- to the cleaners and dining staff--to the reception staff ( a special thanks to Merilyn what a beautiful person she is ) they were all great very friendly could not do enough for us (we were celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversary) Highly recommend this hotel -- we will be back

Location is great. Hotel is clean. Staff are courteous and friendly. Rooms are spacious compared to other hotels in Orchard with that price. And the whole hotel is smoke free. I love it.

Relaxing Staycation”
We had a short staycation here for our anniversary, but didn’t have the breakfast buffet. The central location was awesome. Check-in was quick and efficient. The room was lovely and tastefully decorated. It was well equipped with all the necessities that you would generally find but also something we encountered for the first time - a Nespresso machine, which was a wonderful touch. I loved the design of the bathroom, which had a bath tub and a separate rain shower. The shower had a cute alcove seat which was cool. We were very happy with the room and would definitely recommend a stay here for both tourists and locals.

Staying here 5 nights! Love the strategic location. Room is clean and spacious! Staffs are really helpful in accomodating us. They clean regularly every 2 days which is perfectly fine for me. Standard breakfast menu but always busy. Most cafés open 10 am tp 11 am in Singapore so if ur a morning person its quite helpful having bfast in the hotel.

Unexpected stop in Singapore ”
We found ourselves being stuck in Singapore and missing our onward journeys. We didn’t know what to do booked Royal Plaza as everything was booked . We have stayed in several high end class hotels on Orchard Road and with hand on heart this was the best experience by far. We were highly stressed and the check in staff were so attentive and went overboard to assist us, I can’t praise them enough and the check out staff was equally the same. I can say something I’ve never said before I will only ever stay at the Royal Plaza when visiting Singapore again. Thank you for everything you have done for me

Aside from the prime location, I was really amazed by how friendly the staffs are. Not just 1 staff, but all of them. They provided warmest hospitality from the check in until check out process. The room itself was clean and they also have Surau. Definitely will going back to stay at this hotel.
