Third class hotel, never stay”
Never book this hotel, room very dirty, lizard and lots of mosquito in room, so noisy, washroom very dirty shower not working, toilet pot break, bed sheet very dirty 3rd. Over all 3rd class hotel never book this, staff also very unprofessional.

Very Bad Experience”
I booked it for myself (3 people) and immediately call the hotel to confirm my booking after reaching and checking the room, it was not for 3 people, a small attached sofa in the corner of a room they called a bed which is totally misleading people. The receptionist man is totally a dick person they don't know how to speak with the customer, or how to talk with women, they behave as if they work in a 5-star hotel. The location is also difficult to reach at night times but possible to reach in a rickshaw or by own car. Maybe the room is closed for a long time, dirty bed sheets and water taps are not working, don't have water in the tank, giving such ridiculous excuses. I will never recommend to anyone to book this hotel if you are coming with family. Thank you very much for the annoying attitude and hospitality. NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL AGAIN...!

I went to Vrindavan with my old mother, he has arranged ground floor room for her convenience. Food quality is also very nice. Water quality is far far better than other hotels in the city. I would definably recommend this place.

Average property with no food facility ”
It's a bit difficult to find this property as the roads are maze type. Thr rooms are spacious but filled with dust, the metal fittings in bathroom are rusted and dirty and bathroom smells filthy. The person who has to give any service, makes bad faces if you ask him for any service. There is no food service available in hotel. In Hotel water kettle Is also not available, pillows are lying on bed without covers. Only 1 soap and one towel given, shampoo or lotion is not provided. AC is there without remote , so temperature is stuck to 18°. Around 1 km from Prem temple and 3 kms from bihariji temple, so location wise , it's average. Overall it's an average place to stay, with high prices.
