excellent breakfast and SPA ”

Very friendly and helpfully staff . On arrival , hotel surprised us with the bottle of champagne and cake in our room ! Was very nice to see again, champagne and cake , after few days on Birthday ! Thanks a lot ! Very testy breakfast . Wet and dry sauna in the SPA were working perfect, just - the best. For sure , we will stay again in this hotel during our next visit Berlin. That was great to stay there for 3 nights with my family of three. When I opened the room, a baby crib had been prepared for my baby, that means the staffs checked my booking carefully and knew that I have a baby. That touched my heart, really !! The staffs are very friendly and professional. I had an issue with the room property, certainly I have travel insurance to cover the fixing cost but the reception manager made a right decision to take it on their own. So I would like to give 5 stars for the service quality. Strongly recommend !

Comfortable hotel at a strategic location”

The hotel is gorgeous but the highlight has to be the bed: it's super comfortable. Everything is clean and proper. Everyone speaks English and they were always ready to help. A few U-Bahn stations are within walking distance which made most areas in Berlin highly accessible to us. 10/10 would recommend.

Another great stay ”

Another great stay in Sana Berlin. This time we had the junior suite and what a huge room. Loved it. I can only say that the only down side was the room is getting pretty used but it is something to expect I guess. Overall very satisfied

Modern, well appointed hotel”

Welcoming professional staff. Large apartment but extremely hot in the communal areas especially the hallways. A further settee would be beneficial as just 1 settee in room. A kettle and toaster plus a tea towel would have been very useful. Also some more cooking equipment, another saucepan, some larger cups and some larger glasses. A description of the bed provision would have been helpful as it was a 2 bedded apartment but a double bed in one room and a single in the other. My 22 yr and 16yr old sons did not wish to share the double bed and I definitely didn't want to sleep with either of them..!! My youngest son ended up on the sofa for the 5 nights..!!! Other than that it was a great hotel, cleaned daily, towels changed as required and toiletries supplied as necessary. Good transport and restaurants close by. Lots of great shops a short walls from the hotel... All in all a great experience, would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Hotel is perfectly located, just some steps from u-bahn and short walking distance from kadewe. Our one bedroom app was spacious and comfortable. Very annoyed with the smoke smell that came to our room specially on mornings. I don't know if someone was smoking next door or downstairs but nothing helped, air conditioning nor closing/opening windows. I asked for air freshener and it worked well. It would be nice if staff could inspect the room and figure out why room 242 has constant smoke smell. Loved the pool and saunas. If we would get smoke free room we would definitely come back.

Minutes away from the U line in central location. The rooms are spacious and clean at reasonable prices. Staff was friendly and provided us good travel tips.

Had a rear stay there. Modern clean convenient, not far from Tegel Airport. Someone forgot to pick up my laundry during the morning and when I got back at night, the staff went out of their way. At 23.00 they washed and ironed all my laundry and when I left next morning at 05.00 for an early flight, it was all ready . Excellent,

Great family hotel”

We stayed at the Sana for 4 days while in Berlin with our 7 yo. Having the 2 bedroom apartment allowed for lots of room for all of us. This was the last leg of our trip, so the in suite laundry and kitchen was a huge bonus! We enjoyed the restaurant, pool,and sauna. The only draw back was that it was a bit far from the centre of town, but very close to the U Bahn, so it was not a problem.
