Terrfic hotel in a great loation with the best staff”
The hotel is centrally located near the river with many local shops and restaurants. The rooms are large and comfortable. The entire staff here is absolutely superb. From the front desk, to the bellboy (especially Huoy), to the housekeeping, to the food services staff. They all are very helpful and friendly. I had a wonderful stay and would recommended to travelers of all types. Great value for five star services.

still a nice hotel, but showing its age just a touch”
I have stayed at the Sanouva in the past, and always found it a bit of a treat when I'm in Da Nang. It is still a nice hotel, for sure, but is off the boil just a touch. The places is starting to show it's age a bit, although it is still a nice hotel, for sure. It was very well priced this stay, which is likely a result of tourism still being effected by the tail end of the pandemic. Breakfast is pretty good, but again, not quite the standard that it once was. The staff are still as lovely as ever. The rooms are a generous size, and nicely appointed. It is a much quieter location than being right down on the riverside, but you are still close enough to walk to just about anywhere of interest. For the price I paid to stay this time, it was a great deal, but I guess I can't help look back, when it was truly on the top of it's game.

Sanouva has massive and extremely comfortable rooms and is in a great location which has alot of attractions nearby. The hotel isn't the newest but everything was very clean

This hotel should be more than a 3 star! The room was enormous and the facilities were great. I absolutely loved the shower, it was my favourite. Breakfast was very good too and there was a wide range of food. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I cannot fault this hotel, it was really good!

Sanouva hotel location is right in the central of the city, closed to restaurants and few minutes walk to Han market. Staffs are friendly and polite. Room and space is good as pictures on website's.

The staff was very accommodating and kind. I was running late from Hoi An (which is very close if you want a day trip) and missed my check out time. They were very helpful, held my bag while I rushed to check out, and gave me food recommendations for before my flight. The location is right next to the airport and not near the busier streets so you’ll get a quiet nights rest. Will definitely come back.

My stay at the Sanouva was perfect, breakfast was good and fresh and the room was amazing. Bed was nice and comfy and the ac kept me chilled. Only problem was I found a dead cockroach outside my door but it was taken care of after saying to reception. Overall amazing stay and would happily come back

Fantastic boutique hotel”
Loved staying at this hotel. Out triple room was not as big or lush as the other rooms but it did the job and was quiet for when we were in the hotel sleeping. Did not use the pool but it looked great. Service and added extras like refreshments in the lobby were nice touches. Best thing about this hotel was the buffet breakfast with its daily noodles on rotation, the egg buffet and local foods. Recommend.
