We had a lovely stay. Disappointed the pool was closed for maintenance. Rooms are tired and bathrooms are in a terrible state. Room was very large with lovely balcony. Bed was comfortable. Water was hot. Wi-Fi was good. Food was nice although had to eat outside i the evening as the restaurant was closed. Overall a good stay

Didn't provide welcome drink! but mentioned in booking details. First Impression Not Good! Not an express check in, was waiting over half an hour, Also was instructed to leave half an hour earlier ~11AM instead of the target time ~11:30AM mentioned in booking details. Swimming pool was dirty, gym unused, broken lamps in room, Was charged additional 1000 for executive superior room which had just an additional bathtub but was unusable. Not worth the money spent. Restaurant too costly for the place. Food average. No alternate nearby.

SPACIOUS ROOM and AMPLE PARKING PLACE”
The resort is bit out compared to any other hotels in the town. We 3 stayed in the resort. The room was very spacious and the AC was very chill for the summer and we liked it. The reception staff were excellent. One physically challenged person ARUN impressed me a lot that he can work with one leg. Hats off to the management to keep him there. The SPA was useless and the person there is rude. We had 90th Birthday celebration for my aunt in the pool side and all arrangements were done by them with no hesitation; also the dinner in the lawn was excellent concept and kids loved it with a mega screen/songs. They all danced. Food serving was an initial issue, later they overcame.
