One of Best Option in Chennai /Sriperambadur”
This is second time i stayed in Satyam. this time 3 night/4 day stay. very nice property, spacious rooms, campus is very good. very peaceful location, despite this is on highway. once you are inside you feel great.i strongly recommend , if you have work in Sriperumbudur, Oragadam Industrial area .

Bang on the Benglauru Chennai highway, close to Sriperambadur. Proximity to the industrial belt is the greatest advantage. It saves time and money travelling to Chennai. Food is good, breakfast is just above average. Rooms are big, clean and neat.

Photos and Reality don't match”
1. The rooms were maintained somewhat ok. 2. The swimming pool as shown in the photo doesn't exist 3. The place looks pretty badly maintained. I paid about 3K for a day but it probably is worth much less

Good Hotel for people looking for value for money options. Staff is supportive but there is lacs of cleanliness in the room. Food is okay. Ambience is good. Need to maintain the property so that it should not loose its charm.

Its a good property on the Bangalore Chennai highway. Large with lots of facilities but seriously lacks maintenance. Staff are well behaved but looks like they are short in numbers which effects the services. Food is quite average considering Chennai standards. Cobwebs are seen in rooms! Atleast in room No 216. Taps are corroded. Glass partitions need urgent cleaning! Could be managed if you keep ur eyes shut!

The place is nice but quite run down. The pandemic could also be a reason. Restaurant was small and lack of staff. Food was quite expensive too. Reception staff were not too polite on the phone but were ok while we there. Rooms did not have soap. Had to keep calling house keeping for each thing. Rooms need a lot of maintaining. Outdoor ambience is nice.

First of all it's very old resort which requires lot of maintenance and upgrade. The bathrooms are stinky and not maintained properly, the AC is noisy one. The good thing is the dinner I've ordered was good. The beds are hard like a floor, the kettle is sticky and not working. As a result I've paid for the facilities but not able to use.

Very Poorly Maintained ”
From entering the main gate to entering the room till bathroom. Everything is very old and poor maintained. Not neat and clean. The foor, Bed were eaten by mites, front door, and backyard all Mud, no proper cleaning. Outside room, construction is going. Not a Resort kind a thing at all. It is only close to some factory where some professional people can come. NOT AT ALL SUITABLE FOR FAMILY after being a resort.

Absolute worthless”
My experience of a one night stay at this hotel was really a memorable (sic) one. The property greets you with a foul stench in the atmosphere, which is makes you feel that you have the sensory capability of a dog. Check in was okay, but then I overheard the manager telling the room boy to spray some room freshner in the room before we moved in. With this I could gauge what was in store. The agonising thought of what lay ahead was even more frightening. Room was fairly decent, but unkept. The bedsheet was all stained and full of dust. A request to change the bedsheet culminated in the room boy juggling with bedsheets as none of the fresh bedsheets were tidy. Finally after trying out around four bedsheets he could somehow get a decent one. Provision for tea was there in the room, but there were no cup and saucers. Again a request was made and subsequently after a gentle reminder, the cup and saucer arrived after 45 minutes. Additionally there were no paper napkins in the room and as well no toilet rolls in washroom. The balcony floor was full of rolls of hair from, I suppose the previous occupants. Now coming to the restaurant part. Very shabby and unclean setup. Rusted cutlery and faded crockery was the norm. Even though food was par below being palatable, the rates were over the sky. Well finally I can only say, it was an experience

To start with the positive things the location is bang on the highway and unfortunately, that was the only positive thing about the place we had to make an emergy stopover since we were traveling late. the AC making wired noise, the bed was pathetic the bathroom door handle was broken. the whole idea of taking rest for the night was tossed out of the window.
