Modern Hotel, Convenient location”
Our room was on the 18 floor overlooking the river. It was amazing. Everything in the room was perfect. It was very modern. There was a sofa bed in the living room together with a separate toilet and kitchenette. Breakfast is multi choose.

The hotel is good ”
The hotel is good. The location is closed to the train station ( about 300m). The hotel is clean and well-arranged. The only thing is the fight alarm ringing at the midnight and everyone has to go out without any appology from hotel. We only can come back when everything was solved.

Lovely hotel & great customer service ”
I stayed at their hotel last Oct. I arrived on an early flight and the staff allowed me an early check-in, which i appreciated. The room was spacious and modern and i had a great stay. Besides a great customer service, the staff looked great in their Levi's outfits ! I will definitely stay here again next time i pass by Frankfurt.

Big and modern room”
The room is big and nice. Bed is clean and comfy. According to the hotel staff, some room has curtain, some do not. Was given one without curtain at first, staff did not notify or ask in advance and just assign. Called the reception via the hotel phone, line was hard to get through, and when it got through, the context given by 2 different staffs are very different, 1st staff who doesn’t speak English answered, and insist that there is no other room available, then 2nd staff who can speak English took over and asked us to wait while they look for available room. Waited 30mins, no reply and we have call again, 1st staff answered again and said that they are sending someone up to install curtains but 2nd staff took over and said that they have available room ready for immediate exchange. Whole process took very long to settle and have to initiate. So customer service I give it 2/5. Need to improve on that. In the end, the curtain cannot be drawn fully somehow. We gave up on asking the staff. Other than that, I feel that the room is spacious and comfortable enough for couple stay. Do remember to ask for double curtain if you need to sleep in complete darkness.

Perfect biz hotel. Value for money! ”
Staff was so friendly. Rooms are very biz oriented: lots of power sockets and great wifi connection. Breakfast good. Central location, under 10 min from Central Station (Hauptbahnhof). Currently there is no Uber in Frankfurt, so please refuse to use taxis and don't pay taxi mafia one cent. S8/S9 (S-Bahn) goes to airport (Flughafen). They depart Central Station non-stop. Takes 10min to get to FRA Term 1. Again, refuse to use taxis, until they approve Uber in Frankfurt. Great place to stay for biz traveler

Hidden Gem”
The room design was really good. I like when you wake up open the curtain and you see the skyline of Frankfurt. The bed is very comfortable and every single detail in the room is German standard, creative design and great quality. You have many free movies to watch which is nice. Those movies are not old at all. One thing is they don't offer slippers which usual 4 star hotel would. Breakfast is worth the price and especially on Sunday when you don't have many places open in Frankfurt. Like the hotel overall.

Near the main train station, a hit and miss? ”
Have stayed here twice on business trips. It's a short walk from the main station in Frankfurt so that's a plus. The hotel design is modern and has a little shop in the lobby that sells travel necessities (shampoo and sundries) and snacks if you need it. Some things could be better, though? The gym is a very peculiar combination of two adjoining rooms with some weights and treadmills thrown in and some of the paintwork in the corridors could do with an update. Both times I was given a room near the gym so the slamming of the doors can be a little annoying in the morning. However, the price of the Scandic is pretty unbeatable and the staff have consistently been considerate. I couldn't pay to extend my room for a half-day as they were fully booked but they did offer a pass to the gym for a shower before I left for the airport.

Nice Hotel by the Main River ”
I liked my stay at the Wyndham Grand Hotel Frankfurt a lot. The hotel is within walking distance to the central station and just one block away from the Main river. The room was clean and nice. Staff was very friendly,too. A good recommendation for business traveler.

Good location, Great Breakfast!”
Overall stay was pleasant. Breakfast was excellent! Nice location across the river, near Frankfurt main train station. Overall staff was very nice and helpful but there's one staff though was very arrogant. It was rainy day and we entered the lobby through the rotating door. My wife's umbrella accidentally wet the rotating glass leaving some mark on the glass and were asked (in a very arrogant tone) not to touch the glass. By the wasn't even very clean, there are hand marks as well.

The hotel room was in a decent size and very clean. The location is near the Frankfurt train station, though it is in the middle of the business district, across from Intercontinental Hotel. I think it i is a good value!

The hotel is walking distance from the main train station in Frankfurt. The room size was good enough for 2 persons but the bed was quite small. Overall, our stay was excellent.

Hotel is close to the main station, about a 5 minute walk. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was a big selection of food at breakfast and the food/drink at the hotel was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

Modern hotel in good location”
My stay at the Wyndham Grand Hotel was a pleasant one. Hvg arrived at 9pm, I didn't hv much difficulty finding my way to the hotel from the Main Station. It was about 10mins walk. I could also walk to the shopping district and old town from this hotel. The staff were friendly except for the receptionist at check in. She was rather mechanical.
