Best Place to be in Nanital”
I am sharing this with my best of experience of traveling to numerous national & international locations to some of the best 5 star hotels. I have had one of the best stays since long, All the staff weather its Restaurant, Reception, House keeping or General Staff were so polite understanding supportive & gracious. A special mention to the GM Mr.Kiran Sagar as senior guy head of the place , personally involved in day to day things & taking care of all the costumers, attending the small small things is really commendable. The view is exceptional & the food is even better. The approach to Lake & Mall Road is 4 minutes by walk. Vibe of the place is just great. one can stay there & enjoy for dayssss.. God Bless..

Best Hotel Around Lake.”
Excellent stay and exceptional service/hospitality. One of the best Hotel in Nanital around Lake. Food was good and breakfast menu was wonderful. Welcoming and gesture was awesome. True hospitality. One of the best thing is they provide pick up facility from zero point to the hotel which is at steep height.. All the best to whole Season resort employees and management. Harish Kumar & Anand Rawat at Front Desk are wonderful person who always available for help and service. Once again thanks to whole team for making our stay wonderful. Room 103 & 104. Stayed from 27th Feb to 1st March.

Good Hotel”
Stayed in the hotel for 1 night. It was a family trip, I had booked 3 rooms. Stay was good, Hotel staff was courteous. Had an issue with the cleanliness of the kitchen. I ordered a veg hakka noodle for my kid, and to my surprise found a cockroach in the dish. The manager immediately replaced the dishes. But getting an insect in your food is not acceptable specially from an elite hotel like this.

Best among all”
I had a pleasant stay in Seasons hotel. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. The staff were very polite and courteous. I have heard from people that in nainital hotels usually charge for baby foods but Seasons hotel didnt charged a single penny for khichdi cooked for my 3 year old son. View and ambience both were apt for my much needed vacation.

I came with my wife and 1 year old baby and didn’t felt any issue in terms of baby food whatever we requested hotel staff they arranged everything for us. Next time if I visit Nainital I will surely stay at this hotel.

Good clean property, location is good but you need to take a steep slope... Food is good... But found it expensive for the facilities... Hot water was a problem on one day.

It was really uncomfortable to reach the hotel. The path from the Mall Road to the hotel was quite steep and dirty. There were dirty, choked drains on both sides of the steep path. None of the taxies go the hotel parking. The hotel should look into all these issues to make stay comfortable.

Will Not recommend ”
Mentioned things were wrong . As there was no lake view and when asked they said we have another category but it was not visible online . Room size was small and tv wasn’t working after requesting them again and again the problem was same. Very few item in Breakfast and regular things like paratha was also not available . So we paid like 22.5k for one room triple occupancy for two days could have got much better property if not gone on the review mentioned earlier

Over priced and over rated”
Not a very good experience even though close to mall road very steep slope to hotel. Sometimes the free cab service not picking call so have to walk. Wifi is very poor, hot water takes time to come, room didn't have menu and numbers for services, food is okay for dinner and breakfast. Very expensive travel services in case book from hotel, book using local cabs.

Not worth 4 star hotel”
Hotel is actually 2 star and not 4 star...poor service and staff..basic amenities were not in room...washroom was not clean..back/hill view room were suffocating...location is 500 m from mall road but actually it is a 500m straight climb from mall road. Their pick and drop service is extremely poor and not reliable.

Overpriced, no internet and water”
Booked elegant room. Hotel is too overpriced with no internet. One will have to step down to lobby to access wifi. Even airtel and vodafone mobiles were not working. Had to request to start boiler for warm water in the evening. In the morning no water pressure at all for even brushing teeth forget shower and jet. I really wanted to cancel and get my money back. Although as we arrived late at the hotel, couldn't search other hotels.

You will not have proper mobile network/ signal at hotel. Hotel WiFi is very poor, good for whatsapp chat only. Hotel is located on hight from naini lake/Mall road, you have to depend on pick and drop facility provided by hotel which may or may not be available at the time you want to go. Hotel is very very greedy for taxi booking commission. If you book taxi by your own. You will definitely be in trouble. Hotel rooms and beds are not clean as per expectations. Hotel teriff is almost double the rate it should be. Only premium and eligant room has little view of lake. It's rate is almost double the rate of five star hotel. Ye naam ka 4 star hotel hai. Hotel teriff, location and facilities tino acchi nahi hai..

Pretty Average Hotel”
The rooms are very unkept, needs a lot upkeeping. Even simple amenities are missing and doesn't justify its '4 star' rating. The hotel boasts of Lake View from the rooms. We were allotted rooms which faced the Wall, barely some 3-4 feet away from the window. We gazed at these 'great wall' instead of the lake. The Tariff charged are way too expensive. My urnest suggestion - avoid this property. The saving grace is the location of the hotel, close to the mall and the staff who are very courteous and responsive.

Good location. Neat and clean, suitable for families. Average food. A bit on the expensive side. They have parking, in case you have car. The approach to the hotel is quite steep, but they do provide a pickup/drop-off facility.
