        Situated on the banks of Grienericksee Lake, the modern 4-star Seehotel Rheinsberg is the largest hotel in Germany to offer specialised accommodation for disabled guests. It features a sauna, an indoor pool and a terrace with views of the lake. Automatic doors lead in to the classically furnished rooms at Seehotel Rheinsberg, which offer extra space for wheelchairs. The balcony is accessible through wide doors, with a flat-screen TV, minibar and free Wi-Fi also provided. Regional cuisine and a buffet breakfast are available in the restaurant, where special dietary requirements can also be catered for.         Unser Zimmer mit direktem Seeblick im EG mit Balkon war sehr aufgeheizt durch die Sonneneinstrahlung und konnte auch Nachts nur schlecht gelüftet werden und hatte nur manchmal WLAN-Empfang

        Vorbildliche behindertengerechte Ausstattung, besonders des Badezimmers. Schöner Blick über den See von unserem Zimmer aus.
        Etwas unfreundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption. Man musste Punkt 10:00 Uhr den Frühstücksraum verlassen. Auf einem Merkblatt im Zimmer wurde in ziemlich unfreundlicher Weise auf die unbedingt einzuhaltende Abreisezeit &#47; Räumung des Zimmers bis 10:00 Uhr hingewiesen.

        Das Angebot hinsichtlich Frühstück, Buffet zum Abendessen war sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker. Das Hotel besticht durch eine tolle Lage direkt am Seeufer. Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
        Das Hotel ist speziell für Reisende mit Handicap geeignet. Es könnte noch deutlicher formuliert werden, dass es sich um ein Hotel handelt, dass vorwiegend für diese Gruppe von Reisenden geeignet ist. Auch als Reisender ohne Handicap ist es ein gutes Hotel, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist aber dann nicht mehr unbedingt akzeptabel, wenn man die speziellen Hilfseinrichtungen für Menschen mit Behinderung nicht in Anspruch nehmen muss.

        Die Gastronomie passt nicht zum Vier Sterne Haus,Frühstück ist noch axeptabel, Nachmittagskaffee mit wenig Auswahl und das Abendessen lieblos und preislich eine Zumutung! Der Service aber im Lokal gut.

        Preis&#47;Leistung passt leider gar nicht”

        Die Lage ist genial
        Für den Service der geboten wurde, leider zu teuer. Ich habe einen ganzen Tag versucht jemanden zu erreichen (Hausdame, Rezeption) der unseren Mülleimer leert und habe den ganzen Tag niemanden erreicht. Eine Reinigungskraft auf dem Flur meinte die Kollegin macht das noch, aber da kam niemand. Abends vor dem Essen sagte mir die Dame an der Rezeption dann, dass keiner mehr da ist der das machen könnte und gab mir neue Mülltüten mit und beschrieb mehr wo ich den Mülleimer entleeren könne. Spontanes Abendbrot im Hauseigenen Restaurant war auch nicht möglich obwohl fast alles leer war - eine Erklärung gab es nicht. Im Zimmer konnte man die Fenster nicht anklappen, nur komplett öffnen… im Erdgeschoss. Eine Klima gab es nicht! Räume sind leider sehr hellhörig.
