Best hotel at the best location”
This hotel is located at the best location near a supermarket, a drug store, & a subway station(U Bahn) connected to so many different districts. It’s really easy to travel around from the hotel. The room I stayed was spacious and clean. Staffs were very kind. I only stayed here for one day and other hotel of the same branch for 8 days but I should’ve stayed here. I will definitely stay here if I come to Berlin again. No free water. There’s refrigerator in a room. Good air conditioning.

We arrived early to the hotel as our flight arrived in the morning but was allowed early check-in as the room was ready. This may not be the norm but was happy regardless. Room is small but the layout was well thought out to make use of the compact size. Shower area is pretty narrow. This hotel has a very good location as it is near to the touristy areas such as Checkpoint Charlie and Gendarmenmarkt. There is a Rewe grocery store next door which is very convenient and the U-bahn metro is just nearby. There is also Rausch Schokoladenhaus chocolate shop nearby. Overall, a good hotel at a great location on a budget.

I stayed for three weeks in January. I was very happy with the experience. Excellentvalue for money. Rooms well set up, but quite small. That was OK though. There was a fridge for keeping food in. The TV allowed you to plug in (via USB) a hard disk with your own movies. There's a REWE supermarket a minutes walk away, great for picking up a few essentials. Statmitte UBahn close by with u2 and U6 lines. Its a ten minute walk from the Mall of Berlin and Potsdamerplatz.

The location of the hotel is great. It is near U-bahn and you can easily go to famous tourist attractions. The staff are nice and freindy. They always gave us welcoming smile. In general excellent price-performance-ratio.

Great location in central Berlin”
An ideal base for exploring Berlin - two minutes walk from the intersection of Friedrichstraße and Leipzigerstraße, with a close U-Bahn station on U2 and U6 lines. My room was a regular single room, with all that I needed: large double bed, shower, sink, loo, desk, wardrobe.

The hotel is very close to U Bahn ,and many cafe and restaurants around the hotel . If you want to go supermarket, there’s Rewe super close to it . But the water temperature of shower is not stable. I had a good experience of stay here for 2 nights.

Coffee Machine was broken. Staff was friendly. Super good location. BUT I've been asked to pay extra 20 euros for the early check in, but no one told me that at checking in (I did that at 1.30 pm instead of 3pm and i was informed that i must pay extra I could just wait an hour and a half)

Good Location, near restos and supermarket. The concierge (men) during the day were really friendly. But the lady at night, could be a little warmer (perhaps, it was already a long day.) The main elevator was broken during our visit. but thankfully, they had a spare.

Wonderful staff (Except for the middle aged waitress in the breakfast room who took the old milk from tables that had been vacated and put it into half empty jugs on other tables. Not hygienic.
