The hotel is located at a walking distance from the Railway station and from the Lonavla market. The room, ambience, decor everything was gave us a very good vibe. Not to forget the amazing food and the service, really worth.

Very good property. Loved my stay. Staff is very co operative. Mr. Ashok, Mr. Chandradeep are two best people I met during my stay. Good quality is awesome. A must stay if you are a vegetarian. Excellent location.

Hotel itself was great and rooms were clean and beautiful. It was jampacked on the weekend we went so I'll give them benefit of doubt but service was bad. Room service took our order, and then the food never arrived. After enquiring, they said they've never received the order. So they took order again and this time half the order came. Had to call again to get the full order.

Location is convenient. There are many local shops and restaurants close by. Sightseeing locations are also pretty close. Hotel is in the city centre. Swimming pool is very good. But there are no other facilities e.g. gym or pool table Hotel was very clean. Rooms are of good size. Staff is pleasant and professional We didn't try any food

Room service and housekeeping were very late to respond.. restaurant food had hair in it and the manager was rude and not guilty about the same n was probing to no end.. wasted a lot of time. Was expecting full payment of bill inspite of being neglectful.. The terrace view with infinity pool is great n relaxing

Honestly there are good resorts available nearby to this hotel at the same rates. Unfortunately, I didn't explored so writing this review ro help others for not booking this property as other nearby properties is too good . Swimming pool was not working, they dont have spa and gym as well. Not a good experience after paying good bucks like a five star but this property doesnt deserve to be a five star. Thanks

Good: cleanliness, valet parking, quantity of food, room. Bad: expensive (in this category), no first aid kit, powered milk even for babies despite requesting proper milk, no slippers in rooms Ugly: wifi service (don’t connect to Apple devices), housekeeping staff (forgot one or the other item in the orders every time), location (heart of the city - heavily crowded road).

Rude Manager Ali. Rest of staff still courteous. No hair dryer in room, have to request and only 1 dryer is circulated through the hotel per room 30 minutes. TV remote don't have batteries and had to request three times.

The place is heavily priced for the rooms and services they provide. The pillows were smelling, refrigerator was not working and there were lots of mosquitoes in the room. Food is not that great either.
