Great staycation”

The Sheraton is a very modern hotel. The couch in the room was very comfortable and made it easy to relax in the room. The bathroom was a bit cold in December, so the staff thoughtfully brought us a space heater for the space.

3rd stay in less than 3 months”

I come here quite often and like the hotel. This time the pool was a lot busier than usual, this is because it was holiday season, hey ho. Just my preference, I like an emptyish pool when swimming. No matter. All was decent again except that for the 3rd time, despite me request, my room was too hot and stuffy and the aircon cold control inadequate. I mentioned it to the staff member who remembered me from last time (moany English guy I guess). I put the setting on cold, 16 degrees, 18 hours later the room was still 25.5 degrees, I am a pasty northerner after all! So down I went again. It took quite a while for them to see to it. I recommended that like last time the filter needed cleaning in the until (just like it does in apartment aircons) and low and behold, filter cleaned IO assume, the room got much cooler and more comfortable. A message, clean your aircon filters, 3 stays, 3 times I the same issue. at least the last 2 times the guy fixed it, not just opened a window as previous

The hotel is nice, the room large, the staff English-speaking and efficient. It is close to two subway stations, but the area is currently under construction and rather empty (the map on the hotel website is absolutely useless: it uses Google Maps, which is woefully out of date). There are two restaurants (and a buffet, which we did not try): the Thai restaurant is good, but the Chinese one was a bit disappointing (and the omnipresent smokers added to the unpleasantness).

Nice stay”

I returned for the second time in a month and enjoyed it again. nice room, quiet, good bath, good pool too. The location isn't quite central. but things aren't too far away. The only problem I had was the room was too warm again. This happened in my first stay, they changed my room after an 'engineer' came. looked at my aircon control, and opened the window!!!! Brilliant. the second stay they sent an engineer, he cleaned the aircon filter, hey presto, a nice cool room. This needs sorting and in 2 stays having this problem twice is maybe no coincidence! Otherwise, very pleasant, I am coming back!

Decent”

I would have liked a little more toiletries, but I am being picky! My room was changed as the aircon in my original room would not make my overly warm room cooler. An 'engineer' was sent up and his solution, open the window. Cheers matey, it made 0.1 degree difference. My room was thus changed without a fuss! The staff were friendly and helpful, but didn't have much knowledge about the local bars etc. but hey ho! Beds comfy, TV big, bathroom nice, bath deep, gym okay and swimming pool excellent! Will I stay again, oh yes! But I will ask about the temperature of the room first. The cool controls for the aircons didn't seem switched on in this most changeable of seasons!

was upgraded to the club room. the room was huge and comfortable. breakfast and dining was not very good, the food can definitely be improved. concierge was very helpful. other than that, check in and out was rather slow. location is quite quiet. wifi is hopeless though. i could not browse at all on wifi. i also tried the LAN cable but still hopeless. the page could not even load.

Everything was well except the bathroom flooded”

All was good and comfortable except the bathroom drainage was so bad it flooded just shortly after opening up the tap. Water ran all over the bathroom and spill over the the room. It didn't evaporate even in the morning. Because of that it has caused a lot of inconvenient

Everything is OK but has no free WiFi”

Everything is OK. But~ if you wanna use WiFi service, you have to pay extra 30 yuan per hour(90 yuan per day). also it's a new building, so you can smell new decoration air, Swimming pool and Sauna are very good, but has no spin-dryer. entrance of swimming pool also has no safety fence. TV controller also have to change, hard to change channel or sound. except those, everything is very good.
