“Kalhatty”
36 deep hairpin bends, the most adventurous route to reach and is situated at kalhatty. To reach this place you'll need local vehicle TN 43 or with the room booking recipt, you can go. Other vehicles are not allowed to this route as this is highly risky for non experienced drivers.Only to be driven by hill experienced drivers. Shree Homestay offers the best price in market and the view even from bedroom will look like heaven. This stay is highly underrated. Please go for it, don't miss the chance to explore this experience. Food and staffs we too friendly. The owner is really appreciated for this location selection.

“Poor service ”
Extremely disappointing experience. First of all, this was advertised as a “stay,” but in reality it was just a tiny room with barely any space. The photos shown online were completely misleading — the room looked spacious in pictures but was very small and cramped in real life. The property itself was dirty, poorly maintained, and absolutely not worth the high price charged. To make things worse, this was in Ooty’s cold weather and there was no proper hot water provided. When I asked about it, the host responded very rudely instead of helping. Even the person I spoke to over the phone before booking was rude and unprofessional. Overall, zero hospitality, zero maintenance, and a complete waste of money. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.
