Dirty hotel”

Worst place for a family. Location and approach is dirty and very bad. No service staff. No Wi-Fi. No car parking. No hot water. Not worth for the money charged. Not worth the value. Would not recommend for any decent family. Stinking locality, Torn and dirty extra bed.

Its not a Hotel, Its a Lodge”

Stay was ok. There was a state wide strike called on 4th October across pondicherry, hence all shops were closed. Found difficult to get breakfast, however hotel restaurant arranged for lunch. The location of hotel is generally not seen from outside, entrance is just a small door on the side of Hotchips restaurant located below the hotel. No proper signages or boards in front. Parking is hectic. If you have a car, definitely avoid this hotel. There is no designated parking place for the hotel, just on the main road the hotel people have arranged place to park 3 cars (approx. / max( with few barricades. So expect to see some scratches at the end of the day as it is a very big shopping area. However, on the positive note, the hotel servants and securities are very helpful in all aspects.

The hotel provided basic amenities”

the stay was comfortable. the rooms very small but were clean. we paid 1500 rs for one room. and felt it was kind of ok for the rent. the hotel is located in the heart of the city. they didnt have a parking place for our car. And this hotel is 3km or 4 km from most of the major touring spots.

it was good. thought it doesnt have much facilities it was comfortable and the rates are moderate.

Horrible Hotel”

The hotel is located at the main road, very dusty location and the area is not clean and not convinient to stop any vehicle. Worst till the hotel was smelly, kitchen is closed all time and no breakfast was provided. No any clean shop nearby to take your meals. the located away from the french colonial. Hotel rooms are smelly, all the blanket and pillow are smelly and the floor of the rooms are sticky, bathroom are not to the expectation. Extra towels or bed need extra money. Not a comfortable stay for family or couple travellers.

Hotel was really bad, smelly, location is bad, not convinient, far away from the beach, town and sightseeing. Dusty place and it is very busy area and humid condition. Not advisable for family travellers.

Trying to cheat initially”

Initially when I called they said Agoda had made a mistake and there is no room available..and I need to pay more money. I had reserved deluxe suite and they made us stay in a normal suite. Finally, I didn't pay anything extra.

"Very busy location"”

nice hotel in a busy place , near train and bus station , 50 rupees auto fare from bus/train station........ near by spots aurobindo ashram , beach and the famous church(sorry i forget the name of the church) only one disadvantage early morning u cant sleep bcos of the heavy traffic n horn noise..........

Value for money”

Ambience was not good.Some construction was happening making the entry bad. It's close to shopping area and the train station.

Things I liked”

This Hotal is on the crowded busy road of Anna Salai. Food in the restaurant was good, but room service is average.

Hotel situr dans la partie indienne donc assez loin de la mer. Climatisation de l hotel qui ne fonctionnait pas bien une autre individuelle, hotel situe a l angle de 2 rues donc tres bruyant. Un seul drap dans le lit, qui on peut esperer avait ete lave, le 2eme plie au pied du lit, avec d enormes taches persistantes, taies d oreiller grises et il ne fallait surtout pas soulever pour voir l oreiller, pas de couverture. Une seule serviette de toilette. En 3 jours ils ont refait le lit 1 fois, aucun autre menage meme pas vide la poubelle.

旧フランス人地区からは歩いて30分くらいで遠い。目の前も交通量の多い大通りなので夜もうるさい。スタッフは無愛想ではあるが、特にサービスに問題があるほどではなくインドのこの価格帯のホテルでは標準レベルか。 他のホテルが混んでいて取れない場合でも、すぐ予約がとれたことを考えると文句は言えない。
