Best place in goverdhan and Vrindavan”
It is the best place in entire of goverdhan and Vrindavan. I have been visiting this property since last three years and never felt a need to look for something else. It's clean, very peaceful lot of open space for kids to play, nice activities and a good breakfast. They have golf carts to take you around and very helpful staff. Phool singh and the front desk have been always helpful. Do try the sugarcane juice from the vendor right outside their front gate.

A resort at Giri Raj Govardhan ”
Excellent location and premises but little more care required in housekeeping and upkeepment if the cottages. Bathroom lights very poor , needs immediate attention.

Visiting since 2010 but plumbing n sanitary issues are persisitant. There was a recent renovation in 2017-18 but still can get better.

I visited the resort with my family on 2nd Oct 2021 and booked two family cottages which are their so called the luxurious and spacious rooms. I am bit surprised with the reviews I saw on and the actual experience I had in resort. Starting from Check In till check out ,overall experience was bad. I reached the resort at 3.30 and our room was still not ready. Room service people were cleaning the room despite of the fact the official check-in time is 2 PM. - Most of the facilities even basic infra available in room/resort were not working. Moreover there is no staff to rectify the same. List of few - Flush Not Working - Intercom in Room not working - Interior of the room was poorly maintained Curtains, sofa, walls were really in bad shape. - Fridge not working. - AC remote not working. - Service too slow. - Lot of cockroaches in wasroom. - Insects in room. - Cycle tyre deflated. Only pro is the location and greenery of the resort. Food was average. Do not expect the service or cleaniliness.

Overall a terrible experience”
We had come here to relax for a day but were disappo No support from the help desk when we contacted them for directions. Food preparations were horrible. We had taken a unch/Dinner and breakfast package but have never eaten worse food ever before. A roadside Dhaba serves better prepared food. Couldn't eat at all. The only tasty thing in their menu was their Paneer and tandoori roti. There was no variety at all. A buffet had watery dal, boiled yellow aloo, Paneer, ugly looking pasta, some mixed vegetables. Jeera aloo looked like boiled yellow aloo. You had to hunt for the dal in the dal water. A vegetarian meal too can be delicious if prepared well. The breakfast was another disaster. The sambhar and bhaji looked identical in a dehydrated brown color. The only 2 good things about this property is their staff is corteous and it is a beautiful huge property. The owners could have encashed on these positives is they had worked towards it. PLEASE DON'T VISIT THIS PROPERTY.

First time i booked from agoda but very bed experience of this trip last time i booked this resort from MMT they solve my problem and changed my hotel within 1 hour but there i was trying to Agoda customer care but didn't attend any person to me I didn't except This type of service from Agoda first time experience say never book from untrusted website and portal they didn't listen customer queries and problem MMT is the best to provide the services after sales but in Agoda no one ask from your experience and anything else

Disappointing”
Rooms had damp. The toilet was smelly and all sanitary ware were rusted. The second room in the family cottage is mere extension of the hall. The approach to the resort is through a backway which is through fields and not recommended to travel at night.

wonderful hotel & worth your money”
we’ve planned the trip for visiting temples in mathura, vrindavan, barsana and agra and looking for good stay with value for money. while exploring many options in mathura, agra came across radha ashok resort in goverdhan. the reviews of the hotel was fantastic, even the website of the hotel mentioned “zero complaint resort”; so the expectation was high and experience not only met the expectation but also exceeded expectation. starting from the ambience of resort, cleanliness, courtesy of staff (remember pandit jee), quality of food (the menu was limited but catered my requirement), sports and recreation activities (inclusive of tariff – table tennis, pool table, steam/sauna/jacuzzi, carom etc.), huge property (great for children to enjoy), coziness of cottage and the list goes on. i’m looking forward for next stay eagerly and awaiting some extended holiday for another relaxed experience.

Nice Landscape Cottages”
It was really nice to have two days stay at Radha Ashok Brij Vasundhra Resort located in Govardhan, right on the Giriraj Ji Parikarma Marg. The Resort is planned with independent dining area, nice breakfast, Gymnasium, indoor swimming pool. Very courteous staff. Safe place having four star facilities. Can visit Varindavan, Mathura, Gokul, Barsana and Nand Gaon----all located at a distance ranging from 20 to 30 Kms. Children were willing to stay for couple of days more, due to pre-occupation had to come back. Would luv to visit again shortly. Will highly recommend to all dear friends. Sudhir from Chandigarh

Its a great place to stay in Goverdhan, especially if you are intending to visit the temples or do parikrama of Goverdhan. Even if you do not intend to visit temples, its a great place to relax. the resort is large and well kept gardens, etc., allow enough space to unwind and for kids to run around. The restaurant serves a limited menu, but food was quite tasty. The service was good as well.

Good resort layout - comfortable cottages”
we were surprised to see such a nice, mordern, well maintained resort in that area. The check-in process was simple and fast. The resort comes with a snooker (pool) table, a gym, a Jacuzzi and an indoor pool. The restaurant was nice and staff quite hospitable. The food was reasonably priced, which was good because there aren't many good restaurants nearby. The food was vegetarian only, which is fine unless you're a compulsive meat-eater.

Very nice hotel and restaurant”
We were very happy with our cottage. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the doona was warm. The shower was hot and had strong water pressure and it was placed over a bathtub so that the water did not run on to the floor. The cottage was clean. There was no heating provided but fortunately it was not too cold. Requests such as room cleaning and bottles of water were met promptly most times. There is a kettle and cups provided in the kitchen, but no cutlery or plates. There are cups and glasses. There was no hair dryer and no iron or ironing board. The in-room safe did not work. The living area was comfortable with a nice couch and armchairs. The complex is very secure and peaceful, except when there is a wedding happening. The weddings are loud enough to wake up the dead and they go until very late at night and usually lasted for 2-3 nights each. I would not recommend booking the cottage to use more than one bedroom, as the second bathroom was very substandard. The mattress was as hard as a slab of cement. There was no shower cubicle, only a nozzle sticking out of the wall in the centre of the bathroom. If someone tried to use it the water would spray all over the entire bathroom and the floor would be all wet without any way to dry it. Only a mad person could design such a bizarre arrangement!! So if you need 2 bedrooms I would suggest booking 2 separate cottages. Also, some of my friends who stayed in other cottages said their hot water and mattresses were not very good, so it may depend on which cottage you are given. The restaurant is very good with delicious food and they can usually cater to westerners by leaving out the hot chillies. The quality of some items varied from day to day, e.g. the tomato soup was delicious on one day but tasted totally different on another day. The pasta and aloo paratha were always excellent. Overall, if I came to Govardhana again in the future I would certainly stay here.
