After 4 days on the move from Hong Kong to Shenzhen, I made a good decision by choosing this apartment as we managed to wash all our dirty clothes for our next vacation to Guangzhou. This 2 room apartment is center located. The down part is only it is very hard to find the Block B. Our taxi drive drove us to the right place but we need to find Block B in the middle of the back of the building. There was no sign stated Shufujia at all. But there a guard on watch of the entrance. The apartment was full equiped with washing machine and kitchen. We have wifi modem in the room that makes internet fast. Near walking to dongmen st and to railway sttn. Everything was good about this apartment except the cleaniness is so so. It was dusty when we got in.

Not easy to find, but worth the effort”
When you arrive at the GPS destination, you will see no signs other than tower A or B. You want tower B and you go to the guard sitting by a door and say SHUFUJIA and he will open the door and you then take the elevator to the 15th floor and go to the room designated in the reservation. You knock an someone should answer and you say the secret password which is SHUFUJIA in the form of a question. Yes, I am not kidding, it was just like this feeling. You are then given a key and your off to another floor. Once I got into the room, I was very pleased. It was just fine in look and feel. The internet wifi worked just fine as well (the password is on the back of the front door). Checkout was very easy. Just leave the key back at the 15th floor and walk out. No paperwork at all. So, as I noted in the title, you will take some time to find the place, but it is worth the effort and the price. Of course, this is all subject to change and was correct at the time of this review.

if you just want a place to sleep for the night, shufujia apartment hotel is ok. the location is good due to near the subway and train to guangzhou and also many others transportation you can make use to part of china. the interior is so so only, and the standard king bed in fact is a queen side bed (for one person just nice). there are many shops and local food just below the apartment hotel. for short stay maybe 1 or 2 night is ok.

the room had a cozy feeling as though you were living at home. it's basically an apartment inside an average apartment building. the staff doesn't speak a single word of english, but they are fairly friendly and try to help as they can. fresh towels are provided every day, but they don't clean the room. i'd hate to imagine what would happen if we stayed more than a week there! the internet connect is stable but it is slow (only about 1mb). there are a lot of options for food nearby. unfortunately for us, all the delivery options were in chinese only. there area few foot massage places near that are good, too, but make sure they don't force you to excessively tip.

But its unlike a hotel, in that it's not serviced and there is no complimentary water or anything else, except toothbrushes, shampoo, towels, etc. But it had most things I needed, bed, washing machine, sofa, desk, western style toilet, TV with a few English channels, Wifi in my room and air conditioner. The only thing missing was cooking facilities, but I guess some more expensive rooms had that. I did not eat there so marked as average. No restaurant anyway but plenty around outside. Very handy to metro and Hong Kong border crossing.

Surrounding is not good”
Since the hotel is located near Luohu Immigration and Shenzhen station, a lot of people are wondering around the hotel. Its surrounding is not good. Good service cannot be expected, however, the staffs are friendly. Entrance is hard to find. Washing machine is equipped.

Suitable for the Purpose”
this was sufficient enough for the price if u need an early morning departure from luohu. but beware it is very very hard to find. u need to have maps printed and addresses in chinese. when u arrive at the building no one speaks english. u need to go to the 15 floor which is the reception for this room. took me one hour to find the place and in the end someone had to come and pick me up from another hotel. once you know the place, it is easy as pie. also has a washing machine to get your piled up laundry out of the way. don't think ladies would like the shower.

Impossible to find. Just walk from the hong border over to the kfc near shangri la hotel and ask around u will find it. Nice room with everything u need plus washing machine. A ton of massage places and food places near by.

Pros: .1. Great Location Cons: 1. Hard to find the place 2. Hotel reception is running out of apartment in level 15 and doors are always closed. won't answer the door by knocking, you will have to have a cell phone to contact the Hotel. you will then be given a key and wifi password for your room which might be on another level. 3. Wooden door in the apartment can't be closed, you can only lock the metal frame door outside, so it feel unsecure. 4. I saw couple of cockroaches in the room. I booked for 2 night and only stated 1 night. There are better hotel around the area which looks much better with proper lobby for about the same price.

Overall was good because we just stayed here to get some rest only before continue our trip for the next day. The family room has all basic stuffs like kitchen, bathroom, living room, washing machine and 2 bedrooms for 4 pax.
