Excellent property and exceptional service”
Being a solo traveller, I was a little bit more conscious about my stay option, after reading the reviews I decided to opt for Snow Peak Retreat for my stay in Manali. I reached the hotel at 530 am, a good 6.5 hours ahead of the check in time. I had already made backup plans as to what I would do during the interim hours. However, as soon as I reahced the hotel, Mr.Guddu Sharma quickly gave me a room, where I rested for a couple of hours before I set out for my solo exploration in Manali. Mr.Rajneesh offered to accompany me on my solo expedition despite just having completed a long hauling shift.The room and food were top class, the staff is courteous and goes out of the way to help you out and make you feel comfortable. When I made a major blunder of leaving my wallet in the sightseeing cab at night, Mr. Jai accompanied me and helped me retrieve my wallet from the kind cab driver. He also dropped me till the bus stop,helped me board the bus, and left only after I was seated comfortably in the bus. Mr.Guddu Sharma, packed me some amazing sandwiches for my bus journey and refused to charge me for the same. The staff was particular about giving the best service to the customers.It felt like I was living in a home away from home. Definitely recommended!

No complaints!! Probably the best 2star(according to Agoda) budget hotel I've ever stayed in my life. Really good environment and rooms. I booked a 2 deluxe rooms so ours is facing the garden outside the room and had nice view of the mountains. Though I think super deluxe and luxury room would be much much better. The rooms were really clean unlike all the other hotels I've stayed which floor was covered with dust. Window and the door to the garden was really clean and clear so we can enjoy the scenery even without going out. Toilet was really clean and my favourite was the shower 😁. Has a water heater so we didn't have to worry about not having hot water. Overall I really like this hotel and hope to stay here again!✌🏻️😁 If u're looking for a luxurious budget hotel, don't hesitate to pick Snow Peak Retreat Cottage!

Best hotel in Manali...Awesome stay..Wonderful”
The stay was wonderful. I was first reluctant to book this one. But when I got an offer via Agoda I just went ahead and booked it believing the photos.But when I really saw the hotel it was so good. The mountain view from the rooms was really nice..Allover my manali visit has became memorable because of the hotel. Great thanks to Thakur and the driver person he has arranged.I haven't such nice guys driving the wheels before. Wonderful guy.Super attentive staffs.All over its 10/10

It's a bit apart from new and old Manali. but it's not a big problem(there are many car and ricksaw). near the Hadimba temple, provides a good walking road to old Manali(10 minutes walk). The room is clean and generally well kept. Staff was kind(but you need to request mostly).

Great location.....”
The hotel was located in an area away from the main market area which was a good thing. It was away from the crowd. The only problems were two points for me. First, this hotel does not provide a room for drivers to rest and relax. They need to pay for it if I'm not wrong. Secondly, water heating facilities not that good. Water gets heated for a pail and half then we will have to wait for about 30 mins to 45 mins for hot water to flow again . It was very time consuming. Hope they do something of the water heaters. Overall, it was an excellent hotel will superb view of the snow top mountains, helpful staff and good food at their restaurant.Thank you

It was my 2 night stayed in Manali. We all enjoyed, liked it very much especially for its interior decoration, nice view from balcony though the location and wifi was not satisfactory. Otherwise it was a excellent residence to stay in Manali.

Good Holiday trip at Hotel Snow Peak”
Very nice Hotel, good facilities, rooms are clean, toilets are clean good mountain view and staff are cooperative. Nothing any extra charges other than hotel booking charges. Rooms having facilities with hot electrical Jag and tea coffee etc. Buffet breakfast was good. Only thing which disappoint me that reaching hotel is having very narrow road. Best advise once u reach hotel, avoid using own car for local travelling.

Experiences at Snow Peak Retreat”
Approach through a very narrow kutcha pucca roads .At exit and entry to the hotel you will be greeted with a massive jams.No privacy at Ground floor and first floor ,unless curtains are drawn all the time,peeping sit outs,very spicy food.Internet is absolute dud.However view for East facing rooms is excellent,with apple orchids nd snow clad hills in the fore ground.

Very nice location and you get a nice view from most of the hotel rooms. But the road conditions are very poor. Also rooms are pretty small. Restaurant was pretty good though. It's affordable and have lots of options.

Nice place in Manali”
The location is excellent. The breakfast/dinner spread is good The staff is courteous and helpful. The rooms/balcony view is nice. 2 suggestions:- The room was under prepared when we checked in(the bed linen was not in place). This was rectified the next day. And the hot water supplied from the geyser was not sufficient if 2 persons had to bath. There was a long waiting time in between for the water to become hot.
