Very satisfying staycation with family”
It was a wonderful experience staying in the hotel, though was a short one, my family likes the staycation very much. The room was spacious with all the necessities well-equipped for our use during the stay. There are various eateries in the vicinity that provided us with lots of choices to choose for our meals. We arrived early at the hotel and requested for early check-in and late check-out, the counter staff was willing to accede to our request upon checking the room availability. This small gesture surely brightened our day before the stay. The welcome drinks were refreshing too. The only down side was no free parking. Although parking charges for weekends are by per entry basis, the hotel should be able to waive it, since the rooms are quite expensive. Not to mention if the stay is on weekdays, the parking charges will be ridiculous for overnight stay. Hope the hotel can improve on this for a more worry free stay, for those who drive.

Amazing Hotel for Our 10th Anniversary”
We booked the hotel for our 10th anniversary. We were very happy and impressed by the service provided to us. Our memorable stay started with the hotel gave us free upgrade to suite upon check-in. The room was huge with fantastic design. The view of the room is facing the city and it was very nice experience for my sons. Another thing to note is the foods at the restaurant are good. We were impressed by the Steak during dinner. It was well cooked in term of the doneness and the taste was very tasty. The staffs at restaurant are very friendly and helpful. One of the staff offered extra chair for us to put our belongings. They also alerted us when the foods were about to get served into our table. There was complimentary of french fries as well. In term of the facilities, we enjoyed the swimming pool alot, the water temperature was warm and not too cool even though it was 9am in the morning. Thank you so much Sofitel, we are looking forward for next stay with you.

So Impressed Sofitel deserves a Review”
Traveling to Singapore from West coast USA is 17 hours nonstop. My wife and I arrived in Singapore early and jet lagged and came to this hotel at around 0800 to drop off our luggage. We planned to grab breakfast around the area, as many restaurants and convenience stores were directly below the hotel. Then, the unexpected happened and the lovely staff was able to accommodate us with an early check-in. Since we were able to check in early we had at it with the breakfast buffet included in our booking. I highly recommend you book with the breakfast buffet for incredibly delicious food and a large spread to choose from. As for the facilities I was blown away by the overall design of the hotel having a very classy/luxury yet artistic appeal to it. I used the 24/7 gym every morning and it was always stocked with towels and cups for the water dispenser. For the room, it was large enough for my wife and I are our luggage and we loved how spacious the bathroom was. I absolutely enjoyed my stay at this hotel and I hope you experience what I’ve experienced.

Best hotel stay ever!”
Absolutely loved our experience at Sofitel City Centre. When we checked in, we were given a room with a king bed however had requested a twin room when making the booking. Staff immediately found us a twin room when we enquired about it. The room and bathroom are spacious, clean, well equipped with amenities and the decor and interiors were beautiful and modern. We had a lovely view from our room as well. Location is a short walk from Chinatown, not too far of a walk to Raffles City and right next to the MRT. Cannot fault this hotel in any way. The best hotel we’ve ever stayed at!

Amazing Facilities”
We absolutely loved the pool and that the other hotel guests were all very chill and just as relaxed as we were. We had the best nights sleep there, the bedding and linen were so comfortable that we didn’t want to leave. We stayed at the Sofitel for the last 2 nights in Singapore for our baby moon and the facilities were perfect for a little R&R. Staff were all very professional and friendly, very attentive to our needs. We would definitely stay here again when our new arrival comes along.

Great staycation package ”
Great stay at Sofitel to celebrate my boyfriend's bday. Spacious and sleek looking room. Package comes with dinner and breakfast. Dinner consist of fried rice, broccoli, sweet and sour pork, crab corn soup and mango dessert. Breakfast can be a selection of Asian and western food. Nice hearty meals. Great deal as all the meals are delicious prepared from Racines restaurant. Great staffs and managers who address to us because we are not so used to the smells coming from the goose feathers pillows and mattress topper. I think next time can ask them to replace for us. Swimming pool was a great place to chill out with a decent size pool with beds to suntan but abit too crowded with 15ppl per time slot.

Exceptional”
Right from the first step in, it was such a warm welcome. The room is spacious and clean despite us checking in early. The bed and pillows were so comfortable we did not want to leave the bed at all! The only downside for us is that our room was next to the Housekeeping room which we could constantly hear the opening and closing of the door as the doors tend to close with loud thuds. Other than that, everything was great!

i came here with my mom to celebrate my birthday and they had some balloon set up with some ribbons on the bed and i thought that was it but after coming from a tour a cheesecake with happy birthday and hand written birthday card was placed on my room table! very sweet! those little details do come a long way! amazing staff! the pool is divine overlooking the beautiful chinatown. the hotel and pool was not crowded at all. the breakfast had vast selection and all are delicious. m so glad i chose this hotel!

Had a birthday staycation for my husband and the room were huge and clean, all corners of the rooms are well thought of! Bath tub was great too and love the cosyness of the hotel, just that pillow was too soft! You can opt for the sleep menu though! location is great with lots of food around! :)

Friendly staff and very clean”
This is our 2nd visit within 6 months (first in March 2020 just before the circuit breaker). We love it so much the first time that we came back again and was pleasantly surprised during check-in that our room was upgraded to the Prestige Suite. It was my partner's birthday and Sofitel prepared a slice of cheesecake. It was very delicious. Thank you Sofitel. The room was very spacious and we enjoyed the space a lot. As it is during Phase 2, all the amenities like the towels, stationery box, Nespresso coffee capsules, tea, etc were removed. A different experience from the first time but understandable as it is to reduce any risk of contamination as much as possible. Facilities wise, you have to book a slot to use the gym and pool. Overall, a very relaxed and good experience. Will definitely return again :)

We have booked the hotel stay for our post wedding staycation, and we are very happy with the room and services obtained. Upon knowing about our marriage, the concierge offered us complimentary drinks at the bar. The morning breakfast food was also fantastic. Right now they are offering ala carte buffet at Racines. We are very happy with our stay. We will be back in future.

Upon checked in, room wasnt ready was given complimentary hi-tea while waiting for the room to be ready, and gotten complimentary upgrade too. Appreciate it much! Room was very spacious. Loved everything about it. Pool was great too!

We arrived at 12 noon and happy to know that the room was ready so we could proceed with early check-in. The staff upgraded our room knowing we were there to celebrate my partner's birthday. Everything in the room was great, very spacious, nice window view. The wifi connection for the smart tv was a little bit slow so sometimes when we watch YouTube it would load for a few seconds in the middle of the video. One thing though, we had quite high expectations for the breakfast as we read reviews that the food was good (reviews were posted after circuit breaker). But disappointment soon set in when we saw limited hot food selections on the menu. Quality of the food was more misses than hits.
