Worst Hotel to stay for Family”

The hotel staff is too arrogant and casual on cleanliness. They did not even bother to change the linens before the next guest arrived. They showed me the room as is after someone used it.on first look the bed did not look to be used one. So I agreed, but when I actually checked in and tried to sleep we could find a lot of hair strands. Which states that the bed was used and the linen were not changed. Secondly, the website description showed the room has ac and that is the reason I agree that pay 1000 rs for a night. But when I reached there the staff denied it. To my surprise the booking confirmation did not have a mention if it. I had to sleep without ac in a very cramped room and used bed. What a nightmare.
