Couples can stay ONLY with proof of marriage which was funny, since I haven't experienced this archaic prerequisite in a long time (was not an issue since we had passports) even in India, certainly didn't expect from a Brand name hotel Service was good otherwise.

Surrounded by shabby huts, this hotel really stands out not only by the material used to build but a spatious grand settings of the entrance and lobby. The shabby huts include a row of eatery stalls, which is rather quiet during the day but quite busy in the evening and night. Cheap and good taste.

Hi I have a complaint to say, the food at the restaurant was good the 1st day but on the 2nd and 3rd day it got worse, with all of us falling sick with food poisioning after we came back to bangalore and had to go to the hospital because of infection, The food seems to be stale and reused after getting refrigerated

Room was literally stinking, as soon as I entered during check in I requested for room fresher which was given but that didn’t last long. we booked two rooms and both rooms were like that. i believe ppl use the rooms for drinking and smoking, a pungent smell was there throughout the stay. I have raised the issue during check out as well. Only positive thing was food was good and staffs very courteous.

The toilet were dirty, booked 2 different rooms one for us and one for parents. Poor service, they won't clean your room and replace the water unless you ask. Rundown hotel. Need maintenance
