I couldn't book a hotel near the empty central station because I made a reservation in a hurry, but the location was great, there was a SPAR mart on the first floor, and it was very convenient in many ways. The staff were also friendly, the room was large, and I was satisfied in many ways. It's only 20 seconds away from the station, so it's not scary to come in after 11pm alone.

Exceptional”
I stayed in the hotel for almost a month and I can surely say that the staff from the hotel is excellent, especially Mrs. Carina Montesi. She helped me immediately for my every problem and query. she is really a person that someone can rely on and definitely deserves a higher and more responsible position than the receptionist. I really enjoyed my stay in Star inn.

Great value for its money”
Nice and tidy room, little fridge is present, also the bathroom was clean and enough towels. The only thing that surprised me was that there were “Do not disturb/Please clean the room” papers and the cleaning personal was just walking through the halls screaming “Cleaning! Cleaning!” and broke into the room which woke us up and even scared a bit. Other than that everything was great :)

We are very happy with our stay. The hotel is beautiful, and spotlessly clean. The rooms are very nice and have all the essentials for the stay. The staff is superb, very kind and ready for any request and to give any information. The hotel is located opposite the metro which is perfect even if you want to do it later in the evening. Highly recommended.

Great deal with Easily accessible location”
Great location, just across the road of underground station. Easy to get around in the city. Supermarket next to the hotel. Clean and spacious. Great deal for a reasonable price. Friendly staff and very helpful to get our water kettle. Only con I could think of is limited toiletries, only tissue paper, soap, body wash and shampoo were provided. But I asked them before arrival, so that’s actually acceptable.

Do you really need a room at city center?”
just a few stations to the city center, well connected with the metro station, within 1 minute you arrive at the hotel. The room is so big with a very comfy armchair. everything is perfect except they don't offer any tea or coffee, and no kettle. Bear in mind that the price is very reasonable, help you to save more than a cup of coffee or tea. if I visit Vienna again, I will definitely book again!

Just a Tourist in Vienna ”
Excellent no frill hotel in an expensive city. Everything work as it should be. Clean and comfortable. U-bahn station right across the street. Con: there is no kettle or microwave, which defeated the purpose of having a Spar right next door. They do provide kettles on request but will be subject to availability. We were promised one on the second day if we ask again but we just didn’t bothered when the time come.

Great value for money, very clean ”
Stayed here for a weekend break.. we are a couple that likes walking so didn’t mind the 50 minute walk to all of the Xmas markets, Uber’s were also available for when our feet got too tired. Bed was comfy, room cleaned every day to a high standard. Couldn’t fault the hotel for the price paid. Would recommend

Comfy stay and near to metro”
The best part is its location which is just few steps away from the metro, suitable for walking tourist like us. Another thing I like is there's a SPAR supermarket just at its downstairs, very convenient. The room is comfortable. I like the wooden flooring cause it is not chilling cold when you step on it when weather is cold. The high floor overlooking the river has a nice view of the city.

Modern, very clean and comfortable, good sized rooms and everything works! The air conditioned rooms have been much appreciated during such a heat wave and a lovely oasis to return to. It's opposite the UBahn and has two supermarkets nearby. Wouldn't hesitate to come again.

The hotel is 100m from metro station. The rooms are big and clean. We arrived early in the morning and had a late flight next day and they stored our luggages so we could visit the city. For sure will be back.

Value for money hotel.”
Good staff and nice location near metro.I didn't like the fact there is no phone in the rooms and they give a bottle of water only the first day instead of every day like other hotels do. The cost of a small bottle of water is very low for hotels and gives convenience to the traveller.
