Extremely pleasant stay in full luxury”
It was fabulous in every way. Great cleanliness , staff and service, hotel had a lovely wow factor reception were really helpful etc 2 points of interest though .. WIFI should be free And would have been nice to have a western choice of breakfast also - like omelette or marmalade for toast and maybe orange juice? Though fully appreciate its an Indian company and serves Indian food .

Lovely building in convenient location ”
Spacious rooms with a safe, fridge and plenty of TV channels. No internet the whole time we were there which was frustrating when you want to let people back home you’re okay, no international calls available either. Food was nice, the restaurant is lovely and the staff friendly. There is a wedding venue across the street which blasts out music when there are weddings on which can be annoying. Really easy to arrange trips though I would recommend just getting a tuk tuk for the day as it is much cheaper.

Room - 4* Clean rooms, good room service Restaurant - 3* Taste is average. Expensive cusines, though there are certain restaurants in same vicinity with higher rates but with good reviews. Value for money - 3.5* Other infrastructure like pool was under repair and closed. Looks like it is the same for a long time.

this place is not so far from the main tourist attractions and its opposite a shopping mall. rooms are spacious. but facilities are somewhat rundown. we had 2 power trips during the night and the swimming pool is pathetic. there are 2 sky lounge bars just next to the hotel. so its not so boring. room service food is somewhat normal, nothing bad.

Ice hotel”
I found this hotel very strange, almost all the staffs did not smile but only showed cold face to the guests. So I guessed that they were not happy, with what? I didn’t know. Corresponding to the results, I found the reception, house keeping, restaurant, almost all were not that satisfying: curt replies, bad cleanliness, terrible breakfast and very few options on meals. In addition, about the location, the hotel seemed to be surrounded by construction sites, muddy and dusty everywhere!

Had a good time staying at this hotel. Not too far from Taj Mahal by auto rickshaw. Breakfast was included and it was tasty. Fast wifi in the guestroom was available if paid(Not free of charge for connecting the fast wifi.) Mosquitoes were annoying to me near the reception and the lobby at Ground floor.

The hotel is well located near many restaurants and Taj Mahal. However, the property is run down and fittings look very old. The staff was not very nice. Room service would take several calls even to get a plate. The breakfast at 9.30 AM (ending at 10.30) was already empty and not frequently filled. We mistakenly spilled some food on bedsheet. The staff forced us to pay for the linens although the stains were easily washable. Such incident has never happened in any hotel stay before. Overall very disappointed by the hotel stay and will skip this property in future.

SCAM & BLACKMAIL BY HOTEL STAFF”
I am not used to say negative review even if the service or the facility are bad. But if it's beyond worse, I think I am obligated to alert the other future guest. I booked 2 rooms for my guests, and there are few highlighted problems with this hotel. 1. When my guests arrived, the lift is broken. Fyi, they stayed at the 4th floor. 2. The bellboy took my guests to their rooms, by the stairs with carrying their own luggage! Yes, their own luggage to the 4th floor. Worse part is... the bellboy asking for a tip! 3. The front desk call my guests in the room in the middle of the night saying that they only book 2 room, but only for 2 person! And the staff demand that my guest need to pay extra for the 3rd person! Funny thing is I personally book for 2 rooms for 4 adults. They say 1 room only for 1 person, so they need to pay for the 3rd person. (Does the hotel sell by the room or by the amount of the person?) At the end, the manager try to say sorry in the morning, after giving nightmare!

By far the best hotel we have stayed in on our trip! The hotel were really helpful they let us check in 5 hours early after arriving on the train and gave us their best room with a view of the Taj Mahal. We will defiantly stay here again if we return to Agra. A tip if you do stay here ask for tuk tuk driver RJay he lives across the road, great value for money and teaches you a lot about scams and the best places to go (we hired him for the full three days we were in Agra)

Building works”
We stayed here for two nights and were a little disappointed. There was a lot of building works going on and we came back at one point to find our room unlocked and open and plaster all over the floor. No one was in the room at the time and we did complain that our belongings were potentially at risk. We also had no hot water for the duration. The price was what made it attractive, but until the building works are completed, perhaps another hotel?? We were also hassled every time we walked into the hotel by the gift shop owner, which got annoying.
