Tired hotel, not upto standards”
Hotel is in an urgent need for a makeover. It doesn't at all live up to the standard that is set by sterling group. Rooms are highly mediocre. Service is slow. Pillows lumpy at best. Location is good.

Less satisfied when compare with other Sterling properties. Facilities are less. Place is smaller when I compare with other Sterling properties like Ooty. Could not enjoy few facilities due to covid restrictions (like pool, carrom. Carrom was not available because they have only 1 carrom between all customers. A bit far from Lonavala city area where nothing is around.

Poor customer service ”
There was no valet parking. The reception Mr Nikhil gave us keys and we had to go on our own to the room. searching for it on 1st floor. We had to check out on our own without assistance. They were not aware that breakfast was part of package and informed that they would check. During dining in, we had to ask for assistance Overall customer service is very poor

Staff behavior was not good, not even corporative except one person in there staff. Cleanliness was ok. When you say you have swimming pool then it should be proper swimming pool, just having small pond type pool doesn't define swimming pool. Location is too good.

Worst experience ”
Please do not book this even for free. Its too old like built in 80s and not maintained at all. Remember the lift with door and grill, you will get to see that here. Patches in all doors and walls. Washrooms are like we preferred not to bath because you will get even dirtier. I booked this with the trust of name Sterling and that did not go well this time. Would never go for any Sterling again.

Rooms were improperly cleaned, non responsive staff, whatever facilities shown are of very poor standard as compared to images shown on portal. Highly priced & located far away from city.

Very good hotel. Courteous staff”
Rooms are big and good. They were slightly smoldy. Staff admitted that and told me due to heavy rains it becomes so and they will treat it now that rains are over. Staff were very courteous. Breakfast had good range and was tasty. They have some activities there as well but we didn’t try them all - only carrom and karoke. Dinner service was slow and menu limited and food was tasty and bit expensive. Overall i would recommend if you need good hotel to stay and tour lonavala/khandala. If you want to stay at hotel predominantly i would suggest to choose something else.

Rooms are OK but the recreation facilities including Karoke, TT, Carrom etc. add great value. Breakfast is sumptuous. Service is good. Swimming pool is small but clean and well maintained.

I have been to Sterling in other places.. Expected the same luxury in this place too.. but it was a very small room with broken walls and stinking toilets.. Location of the property is not nice too
