      Shabby yet great location and comfortable beds”

      Great location, opposite the main beach in Buckow and a short walk into the town. Beds were comfortable.
      The common areas (terrace, restaurant, corridors) are shabby and need updating. Even a lick of paint would do. The curtains in the room were insubstantial, letting in light; this means we all woke up very early on the morning.

      Short Stay at the Strand Hotel Buckow Germany”

      I like hotels with character. This hotel has it. The food was good , breakfast good, and the location excellent for travel to Strausberg. The staff were helpful and friendly. There are plenty of good restaraunts also in the local area and a badstrand beach directly opposite. Beer garden was excellent
      Next door there is some building work going on. It didnt really impact on sleeping or anything and was not loud but you are conscious it is there as they are digging very near the hotel

      Die Lage des Hauses.
      Schlüsselübergabe=Katrastrophal. Heizung hatte nicht richtig funktioniert. Ich glaube ich war der einzige Gast. Rechnung war falsch, keiner da der sie korrigieren konnte. Frühstück 15,- aber sehr erbermlich, musste man mit bezahlen da alles im preis war.

      Wo anfangen? Empfang unpersönlich. Rezeption ein Witz. Nach 19:00 Uhr kein Essen mehr. Restaurant geschlossen. Außenanlage baufällig. Wirkte unaufgeräumt. Für drei Personen gebucht, aber trotzdem Aufbettung nicht vorgenommen. Frühstück wie in Jugendherberge. Auch hier Personal nicht auf Zack. Für den Übernachtungspreis ein Witz.

      Das Frühstück war gut. Die Lage am See ist optimal. Das Bad ist behindertengerecht hergerichtet, super. Alles sehr sauber. Personal war sehr freundlich.
      Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bei den Gerichte im Restaurant stimmt nach unserer Ansicht nicht.

      Die Lage ist wirklich ein Traum, genau vis a vis des wunderschönen Schermützelsees - man stolpert quasi aus dem Hotel direkt in den See. Die vorgelegene Hotelterrasse lädt zum angenehmen Verweilen ein, was bei kaum vorhandener Geräuschkulisse (trotz Imbiss u breiterem Seezugang auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite) problemlos möglich ist.
      Das Hotel ist ganz malerisch, Ambiente und Zimmer durchaus gemütlich, das Personal wirklich sehr freundlich. Man hat allerdings den Eindruck, als ob die "glamourösen" Zeiten des Hauses schon ein wenig der Vergangenheit angehören. Der Preis für 1 Nacht stand leider (auch, wenn super-kurzfristig gebucht) in keinem Verhältnis zur allgemeinen Leistung.

      Das Personal,war super. Es hat ein so schön wie möglich gemacht. Eine Torte bestellt am Donnerstag war wie versprochen am Freitag fertig, also von einem Tag zum anderen.Man konnte sogar Wünsche haben.Die Aussicht von der Terrasse war so schön.
      Das unser Zimmer ein wenig klein war.

      Die Lage am See ist toll, die Klimaanlage im Zimmer sehr hilfreich.
      Leider ist der Umschwung dieses netten Hotels nicht sehr gepflegt, was den Aufenthalt im Garten und auf der Gartenterrasse wenig ansprechend macht.

      Es war okay, mehr aber auch nicht. Ich würde das Hotel nicht wieder buchen.”

      Rezeption und Hotelkräfte waren bemüht. Das Tortenangebot war reichlich und gut. Der Kuchen war lecker, hatte aber auch seinen Preis. Die frei zugänglichen Toiletten sind alle modern mit berührungsfreien Elementen (Türen öffnen und schließen mittels Sensortechnik).
      Das Hotel wurde scheinbar vor einiger Zeit übernommen und läuft nun unter deutsch-polnischer Flagge. Die Ausstattung des Frühstücksraumes entspricht nicht mehr dem veröffentlichten Foto und ist etwas liebloser geworden. Nebenan ist eine Baustelle, die zwar zu unserer Aufenthaltszeit nicht in Betrieb war, aber dafür keine schöne Aussicht war. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, entsprach m.E. aber nicht dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und dem üblichen Standard im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels. Das Zimmer (Bad) wurde an einem von drei Tagen nicht richtig sauber gemacht.

      Das Strandhotel Buckow hat wohl schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Eigentlich wäre eine schöne, terrassierte Gartenanlage vorhanden.
      Leider War die Terrasse etwas ungeplegt - schade. Das hat eventuell etwas mit der Vorsaison zu tun. Obwohl, in der Vorsaison sollte man doch am ehesten etwas Zeit für Umgebungsarbeiten haben ...

      Tolle Lage. Direkt am See. Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Das war bei 35 Grad Außentemperatur ein Segen.
      Im Bad gab es gar keine Haken um die Handtücher anzuhängen.
