Amazing Location”
Quite near to bus stand & railway station, located in the prime location. Excellent hospitality, private pool is the highlight in the hot summers of jaipur. Room was quite big & spacious. There was bit of dust on the floor but the stay was pleasantly good.

I had a wonnnderful stay at Sugan Niwas Palace. This was my third time in Jaipur and I can say that this was the best stay ever in Jaipur. The host (Vijay - owner of the property) was super gracious and helpful. They have taken utmost care of us right from the time we landed in Jaipur. Felt comfortable. Felt at home. They made amazing Parathas for breakfast. Had booked a Superior room and was upgraded to the Maharani Suite - how does it get any better! It does. The staff is amazingly helpful. The food was also great. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to all my friends. Liked the location - far enough to be away from the noise. Close enough to be ready to go anywhere in and around Jaipur. Easy access to public transport. Overall - a FANTASTIC experience. Totallly totallly worth it.

The stay was good overall, but not great due to the following: 1. Though rooms were huge/spacious/clean and warm as well, during the nights. But the buckets/mug etc in the bathroom were so bad, that I did not even touch them during my 2 days stay. 2. Over the breakfast, The hotel staff (other than the manager), was lazy, in the sense, we also forgot what we had ordered, because it never came. We had to ask for the same thing at least thrice to make sure we got it. 3. The crockery they use to serve food, was not clean at all. Other than that, the hospitality of the staff, the manager; the rooms; and the proximity of the hotel to the main market area, and RAJ MANDIR, make it worthy stay at SUGAN NIWAS PALACE. Apart from the cleanliness of crockery and bathroom accessories, I would definitely want to stay here on my next jaipur visit.

Stayed at sugar niwas for three days. It was a very comfortable stay, thanks to there amazing staff. They provide great service , much better than most of the hotels we have stayed in. It's a very safe place to stay . Would surely recommend this place ...

Beautiful hotel with antique decor and highly attentive staff”
I was blown away by this hotel. From the moment we were greeted at the desk with a photo in traditional dress to the care we were shown at breakfast, the attentiveness of the staff was phenomenal. They were friendly, cooperated with our every request and maintained this beautiful, antique-filled haveli hotel exceedingly well. We stayed in the luxurious suite which was well worth it. Rooms were spotless and cleaned daily, and toiletries replenished. So glad we chose it - it has been my favourite hotel in India so far. I will be back.

Family-run Gem”
We enjoyed our stay very much. We were upgraded to a suite and the room was beautiful. The staff worked hard and was top-notch. Breakfast was generous and on our schedule. We felt that the price was perhaps too low for such a nice place. Thank you to the kind owner and his son for making us feel like we had an oasis in busy Jaipur.

Very Comfortable”
The owner was always there to help and suggest places to visit. We were asked about choice of breakfast. The room, a suite, was very well done, clean, well lit and comfortable. The staff and the owner made us feel like we were living in a palace. Definitely recommended.

booked it for a short stay of 2 days. welcome was warm with tilak and welcome drink. front dest is managed by the owners themselves. the father-son duo are very friendly and helpful for any kind of need. hotel is built out of a haveli (palace), so ethenicity is highlight of the palace. surroundings are lush green with friendly birds around increasing the charm. room however is not matching to the quality of hotel but still highly satisfied for the overall experience
