            На твердую троечку”

            На мой взгляд цена на данное жильё завышена. На фото все красиво, но на самом деле мебель старая, лестница расположена крайне неудобно, постоянно есть шанс удариться головой( душ настолько маленький, что развернуться негде. Основная кровать на втором этаже, думаю, что в холодное время года там прекрасно, но летом жарко! Кондиционер есть, но помещение маленькое и при работающем кондее очень велик шанс заболеть (( белье было свежее, но в самых апартаментах было не очень чисто( вид из окна на стройку( расположение отличное, все близко, от центра 3 минуты, рядом уютные кафе, магазин недалеко.
