Clueless staff”

Their boiler damaged and they were clueless how to repair it and staff was incompetent to handle this asking people to take bath with 1/2 water bucket hot water which they will provide one by one. But no one bothered to get a electrician to fix that boiler. Toiletries which provided were so ordinary that such are provided in dharamshala. Staff is very lathargic and slow to help. They want to help but will keep giving excuses

I visited Agra with my family and stayed at the Taj Vista for 1 night. We were welcomed by the staff with utmost courtesy and the check in was hassle free. The hotel has a beautiful exterior and interiors. Cleanliness is well taken care of. A puppet show was organized at night for entertainment. We ordered Aloo Paratha for breakfast. It was sumptuous. Lastly, the staff was very friendly and made sure that we were comfortable.

It is a normal hotel. No big facilities. The water there is salty. If we wash our head with that water, our hair will become frizzy.Breakfast is not very good. The breakfast menu is very small. The car parking facility is too small.
