Our home comes with 4 queen size bed, 1 bunk bed, 1 single bed, 1 futon, a comfortable sofa & sofa bed in the living room. Our bathroom is equipped with water heater and we do provide shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper and towels for your convenience (EXCEPT for toothbrush and toothpaste). Overall stay was ok but not impressive.”

PROS 1. Room was ready around 2.30pm with the help to expedite from staff. 2. Size of unit is quite big. Cons 1. Only 1 set of key was given. Despite explaining the key was lost and will be replaced soon, we did not get any replacement throughtout our 3D2N stay which has caused lots of inconvenience as it is a 3 bedrooms unit (3 families staying). 2. Car park tag given was not for the actual lot causing confusion and troubles. 3. General cleanliness was ok but could be further improved. We have to clean the table tops prior to using. 4. A whatsapp group was created with 5 staff in it but response time in the group could be further enhanced. Most of the issues were addressed only until we called them.

I will give a good review if the lift ”

The apartment is really spacious. Despite of shortage here and there , the staff was really helpful and very friendly to solve the issues. However the lift issues really annoying. The apartment is untill 40th level and there are only 3 lifts to serve everyone. We have to wait almost 15-20mins for the lift everytime we are going out.
