Unprofessional, Careless,Not Customer centric”

Taxes mentioned while booking was 12% , but forced me to pay 18%. For 3 days of stay, the freebies along with room was provided only on demand. They don't even bother to check, are you comfortable after check-in. Always, demand for immediate money , if you order food or refreshments (like a lodge); as if you are running away. They forced me to pay advance, whereas there was no such condition while booking. Invoice provided is like a fake paper; not sure they deposit amount with Indian Government Treasury. The door mat is only cleaned, after demand ( Had lot of dust, on day one). Finally, they didn't allow driver to use accommodation meant for driver. I don't recommend Suroor Tourist Home. I hope, Agoda arrangerefund for such unpleasant stay.
