Raia Hotel really gave me a sweet memory last time I went there. I went with my friends. We stayed in the family room. The room was big, spacious enough for kids to run around. They had a big tv with Netflix, and a sofa wide enough for 4 adults. So that night we just hung around watching Netflix with popcorns in the dark. Best moment ever. The place was clean. The staffs were all good and friendly too. Overall I was satisfied.

Huge and clean room. Plenty of parking space. Since I'm at Penang, I don't need hotel restaurant. Many great restaurant there. Also near fast food If you lazy to move. I like here rather than at George town bizinamati.. best place to rest. If want more activity like gym or pool you may consider other hotel. But it perfect for my family. My son and daughter very happy. Haha

Everything is great. From the check in process , they provided welcome drink at lobby, friendly hotel staff from reception , restaurant to hotel guard and not to forget a warm gesture with welcome card . ( I mean u didn't even get that in fancy hotel most of the time) Great value of money, the family room is huge with netflix and cable tv. Spotless clean and decent breakfast buffet . Only Wifi connection maybe need to upgrade coz the line drop several times.

Newly renovated, new Android tv (so you can Netflix), great bedding, helpful staff, free parking. Slightly far from city (which I liked), and unfortunately hot water was under maintenance when I stayed there. But I'd definitely recommend it.

Likes: 1)Large, spacious room, not like your typical room styles. 2) Felt like a living room. 3) definitely very very near to airport, costs about 8RM only with 6 seater grab car. 4) very nice & friendly staffs who were accommodating to last min changes to check in time. 5) smart TV with channels, Netflix & prime video. 6) toilet is spacious & clean. Dislikes: -due to renovation works, no hot water was available. Could have informed or put in agora website so customers are more aware. Though it's just a night stay, it was great & comfortable.
