Arrogant staff and poor service”
Restaurant food was stale and accepted by chef. Staff non cooperative towards the guest request. Located at secluded place with no cabs availability. Rooms are to squeezed. Its rated as 5 star but most 3 star properties are better in terms of service and food.

The hotel reception area is stunning. The bedrooms are cramped and generic modern design. I ate supper in my bedroom. The food was expensive and terrible. I complained to the chef. The staff are extremely cold and self conscious . Not impressed

Amazing property, good staff . Two things that can be done better - 1. Range in buffet could be increased. 2. Timings of pool could be extended till 9

Perfect business hotel in LKO if there for few days and not needing to enter the city much. The hotel is easily accessible from the highways and has great rooms, F&B and excellent staff.

Pool and the staff was great. Food was good as well, only issue is passage for the room goes through the middle of the restaurant which causes unusual inconvenience.

Staff Doesn't Do The Justice-Not A Great Experience. ”
The property is serene beautiful & quaint. However the hospitality is where they lack the most. The staff isnt helpful at all & neither cooperative. They are very stubborn & maintain an attitude. Would advise to clearly check all details before booking to avoid any hassle. Not that great experience after all.

Stay only if you are part of marriage party”
All function venues are too close to the rooms and room windows are not sound proof. Loud music and dhol and drums go on up to 1 in the morning and then the dismantling workers start their noise. Stay here only if you are going to be part of these events till late hours and then get tired and drunk enough to complete your sleep till noon. Do not dare to stay here on a business visit in the marriage season or if some other event is on.
