Truly a 5 star experience”
Stayed in this hotel to celebrate my wife’s birthday. From the moment we entered this hotel we experienced a 5 star welcome. The concierge guided us to be seated and asked us to wait until the front desk officer is ready to process our check in. The guy who assisted us with our check in is very nice. He is very welcoming and he even called us to check if everything is okay after we were already in our room and told me that if we just need anything, just give them a call. I also appreciate the kindness, generosity, care, thoughtfulness of all the managers on duty, justin, warren , abegail, and kate and the rest of the staff, they extended so much help when I had an allergy episode. I appreciate all the help that you have extended to me and my wife. We just checked if you have anti histamine but you gave us more than the medicine. I felt so much cared. Thank you for your attentiveness because you are right, It could have been worst. This is not the first time I stayed in a 5 star hotel but this is the first time I experienced this kind of treatment. Truly a 5 star experience. In my past experience with other hotels, I felt that they were a bit cold to us. But in this Hotel, I felt home. I felt the warm welcome of everyone. I also wouldn’t forget the housekeeping staff, they are all kind, nice, and they made our room always fresh, comfortable, and clean. This is one of a kind experience. Thank you The Fullerton! Amazing stay! Simply amazing!”
I had the greatest and most comfortable time here at the Fullerton. I have not experienced such kindness, professionalism and cleanliness to this level. The room was immaculate and the service was prompt. They are all about the details - from answering your calls using your last name to delivering something as small as a band aid within 5 minutes. The turnover every night isn’t bad either :) I shared with them that it was my birthday and they immediately greeted me a happy birthday at check in and provided me some lovely treats upon my arrival (a box of their chocolates and balloons) I highly recommend a stay here! It is simply perfect. I did not meet one representative there that did not provide excellent service. I’m not too fancy either and they treated me with the same respect as anyone else. What an amazing and memorable time!

Family Staycation”
We spent 2 nights at the esplanade rooms in the Fullerton hotel. We were utterly impressed by the excellent hospitality and customer service. Staff are friendly and what makes our stay more enjoyable was the attention they pay to family travelling with young children. Check in was a breeze - we didn't stand in queue with kids running around, overwhelmed with luggages - they sat us down at our own table (so were the other guests) with a welcome activity book /crayon set, and have us comfortably fill in all required forms. The actual check in process at the counter was barely less than 5 mins! the kids get their 'free ice cream pass' and we were happily heading towards our room (to see our luggages already in there). Huge and spacious, clean spotless room with a beautiful view of the bay :) there was also a spacious walk in closet, separate toilet from the common bath room with an inviting bathtub. Booking for facilities were easy (we were informed a week ago from their welcome/introduction email with staff replying to our queries in a prompt manner) - the pool had a nice view of the river and historical buildings nearby, and was not crowded due to their arrangement for social distancing. What we love was the heritage tour, philatelic store where we (including our kids who get to learn about stamps, postcards for the first time!) learnt the history of Singapore's trading past and the importance of the then general post office. Our children enjoyed the mini farm tour within the hotel itself and the daily koi feeding at the lobby :) The vicinity to Merlion park, Clifford pier and esplanade allowed us to take nice evening/morning stroll around the area. Food was excellent - we had high tea at the courtyard, and again, the thoughtful staff prepared separate sets of sweet treats for our children. Truly enjoyable experience and highly recommended.

Iconic and beautiful ”
Extremely high standards. Had an atrium facing room. The best facilities I have ever experienced. Electric drapes. Superb teas and coffees. Very comfortable bed and sofa. Well stocked mini bar with glasses etc. Very smart bathroom with lovely towels and a very modern toilet. Huge TV. Great pool, gym and spa. Didn't eat there as went out but did go to the roof top bar. Very friendly bar staff (think was called John). Unbelievable view across the bay with the laser show. A must for a special occasion. It was a real treat to stay there.

Delightful”
Had an absolutely delightful stay the The Fullerton this past weekend. We were two friends travelling together and found an incredible deal through AGODA for this 5-star old world charm establishment. When we last minute needed to add an additional personal to our booking, no problems and great communication. I arrived very early into Singapore and was able to use the gym/spa facilities to shower and change. It also has lockers in which I left my hand luggage bag. I went off for a morning coffee tour and upon returning at 12h30 found my room to be ready. Weather was quite rainy so I called up for some bubble bath and had a lovely relaxing afternoon (Sidenote: bath products smell amazing). The Lighthouse Rooftop Bar has a great view over the river and the Marina Bay Sands, and was a perfect spot for watching the nightly lightshow. I found the location for the hotel to be excellent - right near Boat Quay, across from the Asian Civililisations Museum, walking distance to Chinatown.

Everything ia good about fullerton ”
It has been a while since our family went for staycation. Fullerton has always been a hotel that i have been wanting to try. Indeed everything was good prior to our arrival.. from reservation till check in.... everyone kn Fullerton were auper reaponsive. We gotten a complimentary cake as is my hb bday. And on the day of my arrival , i was served by ms mira(hopefully i got it rught) She was very patience with me, helping me to understand the diff room type... as my hb hopes to have a room with balcony, Ms Mira counte proposed another room to us which required abit of top up.. but it waa really worth... the Marina bay view room. Omg it was spectacular view. Ms Mira understands our needs.. and was quick in making the arrangement. Many thanks to you.. Ms Mira. And all at Fullerton..it was a great stay. Oh last but not least.. despite Weekend we were also been offerrd a late check out at 2pm. Thank you once again.. Will be back.

Awesome stay with Good view! ”
Glad that we choosen The Fullerton Hotel. It is spacious, very comfortable and a small balcony to chill while you enjoy the view. I like that Harmon Kardon speaker in the room, suitable for a party! LOL 😆 The room are tidy and very clean! They even have bathtub with a MBS view! Staffs are very friendly and allow us with early check-in and late check-out (of course subject their availability 😉). They have offered with some vouchers too! Gonna book The Fullerton Hotel again! ❤️

First time at Fullerton Hotel ”
We really had a wonderful weekend at Fullerton Hotel. Their service is excellent, very personal approach and customer are very much welcome in their facilities. Justin (front service staff) is very friendly and handle all our query and request with care. 👌👌👌👌👌. So far, the best hotel we've been too. The room is well kept and clean. I love their powdered room(toilet). And what good is that they are environmental friendly.. Keep it up.. Hope to be back again. Highly recommended.

Best staycation in a long time”
The staff are exceptional and try their best to provide us with what we need. They were so kind as to give us a large room.with plenty of space for my toddlers to run around. The kids loved it so much they are already asking us to bring them back to the hotel. The rooms deco, ID, cleanliness and facilities amazing. & e pool was lovely w a wonderful view. Great view and comfortable rooms”
We arrived to messy check-in area where there were no definitive queues. However, we later understood from Gladys that many guests were only there to retrieve their key cards and she had tried to identify those guests who were arriving for check-in. Service was fantastic from then on, with friendly staff, great big rooms, comfy beddings, beautiful CNY decor and yummy breakfast buffet. Was also surprised that a cake was placed in my mum's room as it was one day past her birthday. Mum even requested to stay over again the next time we plan a staycation.

Remarkably wonderful”
From the moment we arrived, we’re whisked away by the staff with our belongings taken care of. We were given seats at the lobby with a table number where we were served with drinks. Once its our turn to be checked in, the staff came to us and escorted us over to the counter so there wasnt any standing around. waiting time was about 15-20mins. The kids were given some activity book to keep them occupied. My kids really enjoyed doing the activities in the book. It was my son’s birthday so they had also decorated the room which we really appreciated. Pool and gym needed prior booking. It’s quite easy to get slots and not crowded. Their xmas decor was spectacular and we get to really frolic in the festivities. Overall one of the best stays we had. The staff was always on their toes and extremely helpful and friendly. Will definitely come again

My StayAt the Fulllerton Sg”
It was really hassle-free.. I was made to wait for my turn to check-in at the lounge (which means I don’t have to stand in line with my stuff.. it took them 5-8 mins to call me as it was my turn.. 5 mins to confirm my booking and I was all set.. the room as I entered was already pre-cooled (which feel nice) and upon seeing the room, especially the toilet, I knew I made the right decision to book at the Fullerton for my birthday! I only got to use the pool out of all the amenities, but makes me think that I will need to do that on my next visit! If I had one comment, it’d be the pillows cos it’s to soft.. hope they have firmer ones cos I had to fold the one I was using cos my head was already in between the pillow (it sank) But, other than that, all is well and I hope everyone gets to experience what I did at the Fullerton! Kudos and more power😎

Definitely worth it”
We stayed here for 3 days to celebrate my son’s birthday and everything was perfect. All thanks to Rozel and his team. They went out their way to set-up the room with balloons, birthday cards, birthday cake, teddy bear gifts, free ice cream badge, and a whole lot more. The room was top quality and we had everything that we need. Comfortable bed, amazing marble bathroom, large screen tv with chromecast, safe, hairdryer and quality toiletries. Everyone in the club lounge were very helpful and friendly especially to our little boy... in fact all the staff were amazing, friendly, professional, and always with a smile. The sensational hospitality made our stay more special. Highly recommended and will definitely come back again. Thanks again Rozel, Paolo, and Nicolas for all the extra mile and making our stay a memorable one.

Location, location, location. The Fullerton is located in the heart of Singapore which makes everything easily accessible. This includes excellent views of the Marina Bay Skyline and nightly light show. We were also fortunate that our stay occurred in late November, which enabled us to enjoy the Fullerton’s beautiful holiday lighting and decorations. We could not have been happier with our experience and would highly recommend the Fullerton to anyone looking for a hotel in Singapore.

Romantic stay turns family stay:)”
Booked a night stay for me and hubby wedding anniversary . Turn out due to unforeseen circumstances, we have 2 bring our 2 kids along. But hotel was very thoughful to prepare romantic ambience with roses petals , balloons love swans towel.. n a slice of anniversary cake.. couldnt be more thoughful. Even thought booking was made for only 2 adults but upon seeing us bringing 2 kids(9 & 4yrs old), the receptionist warmly wecome them and gave them each a lanyard n a fullerton kids card with their names for them to redeem a free ice cream during their stay. Heritage room was big and bathroom was huge with bathtub, separate shower and toilet. My kids and us love the stay as nearby was walking distance to the beautiful view by the river and merlion.. everythg was great and looking forward to staying at Fullerton again.

From the very first step into the venue, you are treated with an elegance and service that is not as common these days. The room (Postmaster) is amazing value, with both a bathtub and shower, and the views across (from your very own balcony) to the Marina Bay Sands is spectacular. Best Service from Confirmation to Actual Stay”
I wrote to Fullerton to inform them that this staycation is booked to celebrate my husband’s birthday and they made arrangements to have a slice of cake sent to the ‘Birthday Boy’’s room! The cake was delicious. From after getting booking confirmed to actual stay, the hotel responded very fast to messages sent via Agoda app. The check-in staff even wished my husband an advance happy birthday, adding a warm personal touch to the stay. Amenities provided in the huge Heritage Room were of excellent quality! The whole family enjoyed our short 2 night stay there. Will certainly go back for more!
