Great hotel with amazing staff”
The hotel’s facilities were superb. Room was very clean and the decoration and style lived up to its name. Everything worked properly. Staff were very accommodating, friendly and they do their best to help in all ways possible. My friend’s bag was broken and they found ways to fix it. They even offered to pack our breakfast since we’re leaving early the next day. Will surely recommend this hotel! 5 star service in an affordable price! ❤️

Beautiful historical hotel”
I book this hotel because it's historical background. The building is very well maintained, the room is clean and has a lot of historical charms. I love the old furniture and every details in it. And love the heater. Really helps when it's freezing. They even give complementary Rajashtan puppets show and Henna painting. The breakfast is quite nice and the service is great. Loved every moment of the stay. ”
To start with, the welcome procedure is amazing, u feel welcomed in the hotel. Its not just about signing the formalities. The hotel staff is well mannered, breakfast was amazing, well cooked and nicely served. The rooms were well lit, properly spaced and extremely luxurious. Loved every moment of the stay there. Its better to keep the pool accessible till late atleast in the summers as one cannot go to it in day time. Apart from that, everything was perfect. Looking forward to stay again. Thanks. :)

Old Agra”
Loved this hotel. The rooms could have been utilized a bit better as there was so much space. It had a feeling of grandness to it and our 3 nights were very pleasant. I wouldn't really recommend the restaurant though, hit the streets .... the chef needs to do some more cooking lessons. There was a wedding on when we stayed which made it quite exotic. Overall a very good base to visit the Taj Mahal and other Agra experiences. I would happily recommend it to other travellers.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights stay at the The Grand Imperial Hotel. Excellent old colonial style heritage hotel , very clean, fabulous breakfasts and very accommodating staff. There was even a full scale Indian wedding during our stay! We had henna tattoos from Sabiya (who has the little jewellery cart in the hotel in the evening), who was absolutely lovely and did excellent work. Also, we used the services of the 2 brothers "Heritage Tuk Tuk Agra" who are outside the hotel. Fabulous guys and great service, they (somehow!) safely negotiated the chaos of Indian roads and gave us good restaurant advice! Would thoroughly recommend them. Thanks for a great time in Agra!

Such a beautiful property with Garden, Pool and Cultural heritage. Great staff. We booked deluxe and they upgraded us to Suite. We got 103 room Ashoka Room. Awesome breakfast buffet. Great food taste and quality. Everything is just so perfect.

5nights in a Heritage space”
Courteous and efficient staff, including housekeeping and room service. The room was cozy and truly gave an old palace vibe. Very well located, ATM's available right outside the hotel and a local market too at walking distance. Just ensure there are NO weddings being hosted as the DJ plays blaring music from 7pm-11pm , so you won't get much sleep till then.

Noise ruins otherwise very nice hotel”
The Grand Imperial is located in a busy part of the city, and there is some unavoidable road noise. We were originally located right next to the front desk, nearest the road, and were kindly moved to a quieter (and bigger) room when we requested a change. However, around 9 pm the deafening drums and music started. There was an engagement party that was booked outdoors, right behind the main wing of the hotel. By the time I complained, the manager had already gone over to the party once to ask them to be quieter. He explained most parties are indoors, but this one was booked at the last minute. He talked to them again, but the noise resumed (just a little quieter drums) after short pause. Even with earplugs the noise bothered both my wife and myself for hours. We did not sleep well. Other than the noise issue, the hotel was beautiful with large, elegant rooms. There is a nice lawn, helpful staff, and good food.
