Enjoyable stay unfortunately only for two nights”
They can strive for a 5 star. Only they need to train and smarten up their staff, specially catering dept. The chef is good and can prepare a variety of dishes. We had a la carte as I can’t eat spicy food with red chilly powder. Rajasthan cuisine is very spicy. Still very homely unlike star hotels

I got a nice price for the room and resort is quite good. Food is nice. Just for the kids they dont provide any bed and also no playing area. Rooms are also same, should be categorised and provide bathtub kind or private pool rooms. Overall its good and nice provided u got the deal at fair price.

Didn’t get room on top floor”
We booked room prior from the other customers but then also we didn’t get room on top floor, we request to give at-least one room on top floor but the resort said it is fully occupied. And second thing the swimming pool was dirty. So i request resort to make customer happy.

The hotel staff needs to stop fooling the guests!”
We had made a booking for a valley view premium room, but were shown a room at the far end of the block(the last block) with bushes in the backdrop , and when we raised a concern the hotel attendant took us to another room which was equally pathetic and when we were still unhappy he said, the hotel was sold out and we would hv to stay in that room only, we were forced to agree as our booking was already paid for, least knowing that there was a worse disaster awaiting us to be unfolded ..the washroom was stinking beyond measure and it was next to impossible to stand there even for a second , immediately we called the reception and told the attendant to which he stated he would shift us to another room, and when we were taken to that room it seemed better than the first two that we were shown but it yet wasn’t the room we had originally booked as it was in the basement , while we had booked a room with a valley view; we asked them to allot us a room in the 1st floor or the 2nd floor and despite the rooms in the top floors being vacant we were forced to compromise and stay in this basement room; pathetic and disgusting experience !

Not worth the value of money”
There were no facilities that were provided for my stay here. The pool was closed, there spa was not available and overall the property is also very average. It didn't have any wow factor to come back and stay there for some relaxation. The only good thing was the food. The lemon chicken was worth a try.

Great views, comfortable rooms and amazing food 5km from fort and temples”
Another fantastic newly furnished hotel. The restaurant food was possibly the standout from our whole trip. The location is about 5km from the fort which is best to visit early. WE had the place to ourselves. Arrange a driver to get to / from fort. The pool was not open when we we're there but the staff were great. The bedroom décor was lovely and super comfortable king size bed, but the spare bed for our daughter was not soft.
